Hi everyone.  I'll start with the basic questions below.

Age? 28
What did your medical doctor conclude? The first Dr. said a cyst, then Peyronie's was determined.
How long have you had symptoms? ~1.5 years
What are your symptoms? testicular pain after ejaculation, not necessarily premature ejaculation, but I can't hold it like before, weakened and shorter erections, difficulty keeping an erection, bottlenecking.
What treatments have you tried and what were the results?  So far I've only been prescribed Sildenafil and told to take vitamin E.
Do you have insurance or means to get medical treatment? I would believe so.
where are you in dealing with the psychological aspects of Peyronies Disease? The difficulty comes and goes.
Are you in a relationship? Married.

Abcd1234, ... I assume the sildenafil was prescribed for erection issues.  Your doctor is not up on treating Peyronies, as vitamin e is generally considered not effective for Peyronies.  you can start with coq10 300-400 mg daily, l-acetyl carnitine, l-arginine or l-citrulline.  THere are other RX meds like Pentoxifylline and daily Cialis.  Guys are getting good results with traction, there are plenty of reviews of devices.  Finding a good doctor there  are further treatments like Xiaflex and injectable verapamil.   It's really up to you to take the bull by the horns here.  1.5 years of symptoms probably still leave lots of options open for you, but it's time to get going on a plan.  Good luck!
55 - Onset May 2017.  38 degree bend up.  Failed Xiaflex treatment.  Still functional so I decided to stop treatments.  Only take 400mg Co-Q10 and occasionally use Restorex

Hi betterment, thanks for the response.  For the first for drugs you listed, are they all 300-400mg daily?  Could I take all of them at once?  What do you mean by traction?  Thanks again!

Hi abcd1234, welcome to the forum.

Use L-Citrulline (don't buy Citrulline Malate just pure Citrulline)  to boost nitric oxide, don't bother with L-Arginine, it is metabolised throught the liver, L-Citrulline isn't. ALC would be best taken with ALA (Alpha Lipoic Acid) as ALA is somewhat protective when combined with ALC.
L-Citrulline Malate will erode tooth enamel, always use pure Citrulline powder!!!!

CoQ10 is a definite yes supplement, Pentoxifylline (Pentox) does I believe help with pain but it needs to be taken with food otherwise it can make you dizzy, I have never used it and have some doubts about it, see below link to research it.

For me peyronie's always gave me scrotal pain, oddly I never suffered pain in my penis, odd ??? ???

Consider (high quality) Omega 3 fish oil, alot of guys have the wrong ratio of omega 6 to omega 3, modern food methods mean we get too much omega 6, omega 3 coounteracts this, see below

Having said all that don't rush in to supplements, supplements are exactly that and I practice EOD (every other day) supplementation. If you eat well and exercise then supplements should be required occasionally.

I use two sites for supplement and lifestyle research, Independent Analysis on Supplements & Nutrition | Examine.com and Home - Selfhacked

Please keep posting and good luck  :) :)

Whenever you find yourself on the side of the majority, it is time to pause and reflect.

I take 400 mg of coq10 daily.  It has a lot of good cardiac benefits, and there was one research paper indicting it was helpful, but I would love to see a second study to back that up.  As mentioned Lcitrulline is used to boost nitric oxide which increase blood flow.  if you take citrulline you don't take arginine.  CItrulline is superior, 1500 mg per day.  It is a powder or capsule form.  I don't take Lacetylcarnitine so I can't advise on a dose.

PEntox and Cialis are RX, I would go through a doctor for those myself, some guys here go online for those.

TRaction is a stretching device you can buy on line.  There are few choices for Peyronies, the research on traction is very positive
