Ved without ring?

Is a ring necessary for healing? Concerned about potential problems with the ring causing coldness and numbness which are issues I already have and am trying to fix. How long would erection from ved last without ring?

Yo!! Don't use the ring unless you have ED and using it to have sex. Healing from the VEd Is a result of the stretch and blood flow you get from the pump

Josh, you don't get a erection when using a VED, a VED fills your penis with blood to your erection size, when released you penis returns to its flaccid state, but you can use a ring to prevent the blood from exiting your penis thus giving you a full erect penis, this should last long enough for you to have sex, i have tried a ring but didn't find it very successful, but i can get a good erection from Viagra type pills.
