I guess I should start at the beginning - I started to notice something was up a couple of years ago - it's gotten progressively worse and now to the point where I'm trying to find out if there's anything that can be done to fix??

I always noticed the calcification and was scared thinking maybe it was cancerous - I read online that the curvature was natural - it wasn't until recently that I put the two together (along with the increasing ED).

So... what now?

Please get to a peyronies specialist ASAP.  They can determine if your plaque has yet calcified.  What degree curve do you have, any wasting of penis?
PxD 2 yrs 9/16.  Failed all treatment. 9/11/18: excision, grafting & implant Dr Karpman MtnView Ca, AMS CX 18cm + 3-1cm RTEs.
Pump failed.  2/11/20 Dr Karpman installed Titan 22cm +1cm RTE.

it's gotten more significant - it's a pretty significant curve - not enough so that I can't still function - I still enjoy sex and masturbation and still finish - although not like I used to.
I should say - I'm 41 -
I guess you could say there's some wasting, yes.
