VED for Old Hourglass

Hi guys, i have a hourglass deformity for a more long time ( 5 years). Now it's possibile model hourglass with VED or it's late? It's possible better my situation?

Did the people who have made improvements see immediately or after how long?

How do you know if it's calcified? Can you feel it?

So does plaque from what I hear. Best to get an ultrasound Doppler if you can afford it from a peyronies specialist.
