Hey everybody. All my posts will be here now for the majority. Basic questions for sure will be here or any questions about symptoms for sure because I keep spamming the forum with new  yeah topics. Okay so has anyone had Involuntary kegeling (I'll call it IK for short)? I will add my history and symptoms to this thread under this post, so there's more info.  Are these IKs a result of blood trying to push through plaque? Im also really starting to think I have some cramped muscles in my pelvic area (isocavernous or bulbaspongious) otherwise known as CPPS. I'm baffled... ever since the injury

- My erections are not as good as they were.
-sometimes when my penis is in the process of getting erect, it IKs a few times
-And whenever I try to stimulate an erection, instant IK. '
-the more sore my dick is at the base, the easier IKs happen, with and without stimulation
-Ejacukation is weak and I kegel like 4 or 5 times weak af, before injury it was only 1 or 2 strong kegels

Do not kegel, ever again. Do reverse kegels, which is entirely different. If you kegel too much, or over clench throughout your life, your pelvic muscles become "over toned" and you can cause even a pelvic aneurysm. I have massive cords / veins in my pelvic area from relying on clenching in order to orgasm. This is common in men with DELAYED ejaculation, who, for years rely on kegels in order to ejaculate. Pressure from a girl telling you to hurry up doesn't help. But do NOT kegel any more. Let your penis rest and try squats and reverse kegels.

MY HISTORY

-When I first started masturbating last year, I thought maybe my curved penis isn't normal (about 20 degrees up, 10 right)

-as time went by, I developed these weird ridges on the left side. Exactly like this member has. I thought these were plaques at first, I guess they're just veins. Even if they were plaques it'd make no sense because these are on my left side and my bend is right https://www.peyroniesforum.net/index.php/topic,5141.msg58588.html#msg58588

- as I began to masturbate more (almost everyday) and time went by, I noticed my penis would hourglass after I ejaculated. Sometimes it would
hinge so bad too. After sex I'd be able to bend my  flaccid penis to the right at a 90 degree angle literally forming an L shape. Also my morning erections were almost non existent. Maybe it was due to masturbating almost every day, idk. But With those symptoms. I was almost positive I had peyronies

-I saw a uro at my Kaiser, who listened to my symptoms and I showed him a pic of my erect penis and he said yup you have peyronies, he gave me pentox and a ved. This was in November 2017.

-fast forward to January 9,2018 my girl friend pulled my pants down while I was erect. She didn't know I had a boner. My penis bent down hard at the base and did come back up, but I lost the erection. I did get very scared when it happened although it didn't hurt too much. I was able to get another erecrion and I got head and was able to wjacukate no issues. However next morning I woke up very sore at the base and unable to become erect for about a week. Pain persisted even when erections came back but when away after 2 weeks.

-after the base pain went away I had a pain near the glands. January 28, I saw dr Goldstein who took my BPSFL and checked for plaques while my flaccid was stretched and confirmed my bend is indeed peyronies. He said to monitor the new injury and go back in a month for an ultrasound. The next morning I woke up and the pain at the base of my penis came back. I couldn't get hard for 2 days. Soreness is still present though. It's been almost 3 weeks and since I have weak erections, soreness, and the weird ass involuntary IKs. And that's where I'm at rn

Reverse kegels are great;
The best way really is to focus on the muscle you need to use to make yourself pee faster.

Another way is to stand up when you have an erection. If you do a normal kegel, you should notice your penis rises. If you then do a reverse kegel, you should notice it drops downwards. If you have never done reverse kegels then they should take priority (more) than normal kegels  :)

Thanks. It's jus so hard when I'm INVOLUNTARILy Doing it. Just yesterday night I IKd very hard when I moved while I was asleep when semi erect. I think there's A dark area of my penis that wasn't there before. It seems as if I bruised a blood vessel ?)

I always Kegel in my sleep. It's just not possible to prevent this. Be aware of your pelvic floor throughout the day. And there is some Kegel movements on ejaculation. If you "override" that, it just dribbles out.

So, no Kegel when masturbation or sex, except for ejaculation. Directly afterwards, relax. Wait 10 minutes and pee. No other Kegels when conscious otherwise.

diehardpatriot

Thanks tychy. It's just so damn hard man. Ever since this injury my penis involuntarily IKs like crazy when I stimulate. To the point where it makes me cum super fast. Before my abstaining period. Last time I ejaculated it was within 1 minute of stimulation. I'm gonna start doing pelvic stretches and Reverse kegels like neo said.

When I pee the last drops do not come out unless I kegel to push them out, how can I fix that?

Another question that's unrelated. How far does the tunica go into the body?? Same for the cc and erectike bodies? Do these end as soon as the penis is no longer out of the body ?

Reverse kegels fixed this very same issue for me!  :)

Paolo. Im confused . I can't seem to comprehend that article . It seems as if the corporal bodies and tunica do continue into the body. Is that correct?

Also, wow. Definitely gonna start doing IKs. Do you follow a routine? What do you think. About this routine and write up?

Hi, yes, correct the corporal bodies and tunica do continue into the body, if you google 'crus of penis' the images will show that. In fact the penis extends about 4 inches inside the body, the corpus spongiosum is longer though than the 2 corpora cavernosa

I will read up that routine and then comment on it  :)

Thanks Paolo . So if guessing you can have scar tissue even in your body?

I suppose it's possible with massive pelvic trauma. But then you'd have other problems. Think of car accident or similar.

Well yes, but that would manifest in a base bend of the penis, some guys do have this, their peyronie's curve starts immediately at the base.

I am still reading up on the routine you recently attached an will get round to answering you, sorry  :)

Tychy- we are speaking of tunica or coral scarring of the unexposed penis. The part of the penis that not showing and is in your body.

Paolo- thanks Paolo, i wasn't aware you can have scarring within the body. Just wondering because I have pain in the base of my penis inside my body on both sides. And with the involuntary kegels and everything and weak ejacukation makes it seem as if I've injured some pelvic muscles. Or maybe I do have scarring in there. Who knows. And no worries, I understand that it's a long read, but the routine seems great and I'm starting to think you can cause pelvic floor disfunction as a result of penile injury. Maybe you can get scared and kegel hard  before or during the injury and it cramps.

Let's just say one does have peyronies scar tissue in the unexposed penis. Anyway an ultrasound can catch this? Maybe by putting the scanned under the balls or try to dig around that areA?

I presume your girlfriend is being more careful with your penis LOL! Having your pants pulled down whilst erect could well have overstretched your Tunica Albuginea at the base  :o, so my theory is this, the base of your penis will when flaccid be inside your pelvis, right?, presuming you are a grower and not a shower.

Try some basic CPPS exercises, see Easy Stretches to Relax the Pelvis - Men - Pelvic Pain Foundation
Also try body weight squats.

If having sex consider a 'comfortable' cock ring, see https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01GYHISDS/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

@diehardpatriot: yeah. The part that's inside your body is behind your pelvic floor. Trauma to that part is pretty hard. It ends somewhat in front of your prostate.
I guess pushing the penis down while erect will put some pressure there, but you're most likely to get damage at the base outside of the body.

Neo you continue to blow my mind with your knowledge.

I Kegaled for years in an attempt to control my orgasms. I wonder if this was the reason for reduced flexiblity of my penis before peyronies disease...
very interesting insight. Thanks!

diehardpatriot

Thanks Paolo. In fact I am a grower. Your theory makes sense. And me and my girl haven't had sex since the incident because I'm f***** sore after any activity. No new plaques at least to my knowledge and the Minor ED I have seems purely pain related. If I abstain, my erections are good. As soon as I edge too long or masturbated, bam soreness comes back and erection are either absent or weak and somewhat painful. It makes me think maybe I did do some ligament damage rather than tunica damage. I have no damn clue. Is it ligament? Pelvic floor? Tunica? Right now I'm dojng everything I can peyronies wise, as I already have plaques and I don't want new ones from the injury.. That's why I'm wondering if an ultrasound can somehow detect plaque at the base. I'm giessing an erect ultrasound will expose more of my penis to detect plaque. It's been more than a month since the injury and things havent improved much. At least I'm not in constant horrible pain. I'm going to see dr Gelbard very soon to get an ultrasound. And tychy thanks for the knowledge man

Do get an ultrasound and try to get Pentox, ALCAR and cialis. It took 18 months for me to have the pain go away fully. Only recently I was able to have sex with my wife again. YMMV!
There is some way for you that'll work, I'm sure :)

Paolo

Ligament damage makes perfect sense. Think of it as if you had a rear ender in a car without a headrest fitted, you would need a neck brace for some time to get over it, here is the bummer though, ligament damage can take a Year to get over!
You probably have fibroblasts at the time of injury and collagen needs a lot of time to mature during repair.

Get one of those 'comfortable' flat silicon cock rings for having sex and use it at the point of soreness, the ligaments should recover in time, avoid GF on top sex, it's very risky if you can't maintain a 90+% erection.
The porn industry has a lot to answer for in that regard making girls want. or expect sex that way.
Paul  :)

And yes, pain is causing the ED I am sure, pain = anxiety = weaker erections

If you like masturbating (who doesn't) then consider a fleshlight, I have a couple and (to me) they avoid hand torsion, therefore safer as long as you have/maintain 80+% (stuffable) erection  ;)

OK bro, your case sounds exactly as mine, now i don't get big curves and dents that stop me from having sex but even having a very hard erection makes my tunica tear(without touching) in my experience it will only get worse.

diehardpatriot

Hey Hontas, thanks for all the kind words. You're right about no one understdnkmg. Although my dad has been very supportive (I know he'll spend whatever to get me the right care), he'll never understand what I'm going through, same with my girlfriend. Luckily, my girl friend never bugs me for sex and when I had a conversation with her about me possibly never being the same she said even if my dick was chopped off she'd love me. I got a few questions for you, But I don't want the convo to drag through the forum. Maybe PM me your phone number or a Facebook ? Or some way to contact you?

In all honesty, I am not convinced what I have is a result of new peyronies scarring. But idk. I think if it was peyronies. I'd have a bend by now, it's been a month. Lots of people wake up with bends the day after an injury, or a few weeks. It's been longer than that, so idk. It CAN be scarring of the corporal bodies however, I'm not convinced the tunica is involved with me though. Anyway we'll carey this on privately

Hello everyone. Update on my symptoms. It's interesting there's not more talk about ligament injuries on the site. Especially because they can be caused by a sexual trauma or from doing traction wrong. I Am 95% sure that my recent injury has caused some ligament damage. My symptoms remain the same. I can get erections instantly on the spot when with my girlfriend. If I stay hard too long, I get the (allege) ligament soreness. I believe I have damaged the fundiform ligament. An image of the ligament will be attached in a post below. My erections hang weird sometimes (not as high as they used to) although being completely hard. When the lig pain gets bad. I lose my erection (I believe this is psychological, as pain is a COMPLETE turn off). I'd like to give a HUGE thanks to every member who's helped me compare my symptoms to theirs, and sharing their knowledge with me. But an even bigger thanks to member PAOLO. He helped me debunked my symptoms, and even went as far as helping me do research informing me about anatomy, a possible diagnosis, and ligamens that are apart of the penis. I haven't gotten much better, but to be fair I haven't been abstaining or avoiding erections like I should. I was scared to avoid erections because I wanted to "check" them and I feared avoiding erections would result in the loss of them. Now I am confident my erections will remain if I abstain. My next steps are to abstain and get an ultra sound soon to monitor my already existing (before this new injury)  peyronies.

Here's the ligament. Anyone think I should get an MRI? Will it show any damage even if it's not torn? I'm sure I haven't ripped it, because i wouldn't be able to get elections that point up.

Do you think my lack of flexibiilty came from doing a crap ton of kegels? I used to do it for holding back ejaculation. It worked....if anyone is wondering.
