L-Carnitine vs. Acetyl L-Carnitine
« on: February 13, 2018, 01:21:53 PM »

I just received Acetyl L-Carnitine in the mail. I had read it was what was needed, even over L-Carnitine itself, but I am now seeing in the stickied post containing the .doc file that dosages for "male infertility" include both drugs. Anyone have any advice on the issue? Should I order regular L-Carnitine as well, or just stick with the Acetyl? Thanks in advance!

If your goal is losing weight or exercise then L-Carnitine is better for that, see:

Acetyl L-Carnitine is fine.
