New Member Looking for a Progressive Uro in Dallas Area

Hi All,
Thanks for the site and the massive amounts of info.  Last July I had a small, pea-sized lump on the side of my shaft.  I waited to see if it would go away and 4 months later it was worse.  Like most of you, I was devastated especially after a lack of effective treatments.  I visited a 'urologist' who told me I would have it the rest of my life and there are no treatments.  Obviously his answer is unacceptable.  I started a program with ultrasonic using natural approaches such a bromelain, Vitamin E, gotu kola and castor oil.  I am also taking L-Arginine and Acetyl L-Carnitine. In combination, these seem to be effective in reducing and maybe eliminating and growth but they do not seem to do much for the harder, old growth.  It does seem to grow after I have sex but then after treatment, the new growth is eliminated.  

I am looking for ANY help from any of the members here.  Thanks in advance.  I would also like to find a competent urologist in the Dallas are who can work with me on possibly using Pentoxifyline and/or Xiaflex.  It is even better if they are a proponent of natural remedies.
