New need advice

Hello everyone.

2 weeks after a trauma last September (2017), which at the time felt as minor trauma, I developed a soft lump on the top side of the shaft. The lump was painful when touched. I have consulted 4 urologists since and all 4 confirmed Pyeronies.
I was disappointed with three of the urologists because they were unable to provide a clear explanation.
2 of them recommended a wait and see approach, the 3rd Cialis 5mg every other day + anti-inflammatory and the 4th Cialis 5mg daily + Tamoxifen 20mg.

It has been +/- 4 months since the presumed trauma, the lump grew in size from 1/2cm to 1cm and hardened substantially. It has been stable for the last 6 weeks. The position is shaft, top side, longitudinal.
The ultrasounds done last week revealed a similar scar across the septum, but only visible laterally.
The 2 doctors that viewed the ultrasound diagnosis, same ones prescribing medication above, agree that there is only calcification at this stage, not yet a fibrous plaque.
They also agree that the positioning of the scars at opposing angles, is preventing curvature.

I used to feel pain during a full erection and occasionally a muscle snap. The pain is gone now but I still feel a slight inconvenience when attempting a full erection.
I feel that erections are not as hard as before, and when I do get a full length erection, the penis starts bending slightly from the sides (both sides). From what I read, it seems like an hourglass yet only functionally and not so much visibly.
Basically, 2cm of the shaft are hard, then +/- 1/2 cm less hard, and the remaining hard. The thickness/width of the whole penis is almost unchanged.

My questions are...

1. if anyone experienced the same symptoms, I need advice, the dos and donts and possible remedies. I am afraid to engage in intercourse, fearing the softness will cause further trauma
2. what do you think of the treatment proposed and do you recommend another course?

I must say, the psychological effect is devastating, I am still learning how to deal with it.
