Please help!
« on: January 11, 2018, 10:02:44 PM »

About 2 years ago I tried to restore my foreskin by using my hand. Don’t know how I stumbled upon this... I think I read something on the internet. Anyways, I’m not sure how long I did it. But I’m most certain I was doing it wrong and I was tugging super hard from the base and pulling over the tip. Ever since I have noticed that my sensitivity is not as good, my penis seems a lot smaller, it goes in an upward shape a little bit in the middle, and my flaccids are hard type feel and also smaller. I was probbaly around 15 when I was doing this. And I’m now 17 and my penis hasn’t gotten bigger since, it anuthing it has gotten smaller. I would also like to add that I can get elections just fine but I think I do not get them as much as I use to but not sure. If anyone can help how to get my penis back to normal!  I have been thinking about it nonstop for over a year.

Hey guy, it’s possible you had trauma trying to restore your foreskin.  But if it’s been two years i any damage has probably stabilized.  You might focus on the health of your penis w L-arginine and VED (be careful to not overdue).  Others may have recommendation for hard flaccid...possibly reverse kegels...

yeah bruh. VED maybe traction....but.

I am usually pretty overzealous on these kind of things and sometimes don't read the manual before I jump into things. It is very important that you take the time to sort this out and do it with care and slowly. Think years not months. You are really young bro you got many years ahead of you with a lot of new technology happening in the field of penis health and restoration.

Dont over pump, dont over stretch. Results come slowly and if you feel pain stop and I would also suggest going to see a urologist. You dont need to tell your parent's whats up. You can just make something up if it is embarressing for you...say you got like hit in the balls or something during gym class.

I regret doing it at all and I am not going to try it again. I have been using castor oil which seems to help a little bit with the hardness (plaque maybe?) I feel like seeing a urologist won’t help. I mean the only thing they could really do is surgery?

You say your penis may have gotten smaller.  Smaller in length, girth or hourglassing?

I would say mostly length and maybe a little girth.

Surgery is always a last resort. For loss of length, see what a specialist says about traction.

It's a personal opinion of some that surgery is the last resort. I and many other men opted for surgery first, because we didn't want to spend potentially years of expense and emotional capital only to end up with no change.

Regarding traction, you can see what some specialists say in this snippet:

Hourglassing is what it looks like a little bit. What causes this ?
