Hi,
I am new to this forum and just had first consult at Hospital in uk.
I am type 1 diabetic post surgery 11 yrs ago. ED started c 3 yrs ago: trouble getting fully erect and keeping it so. Viagra didnt help. Then 18m ago penis started to bend. Now is rotated 90 degrees anti-clockwise and bends up 45 degrees.
Surgery suggested incl circumcision or he favours an implant.
Anyone any experience of my situation?
How will merely using an implant stop the bend/rotation? Will they have to remove the gristly bit that is causing it as well (I assume so)?
Any advice appreciated. I am 64.

They usually choose the implants with the more rigid cylinders to counter the bend.  As well once implanted and reservoirs filled they can model the bend by hand.  There is a video of this on YouTube.  They should not have to remove your foreskin!  Find another more experienced doc if they won't preserve youre foreskin and the thousands of nerves...no need to lose so much sensitivity to this disease as well.
