Does this implant help not to lose the length and diameter after the operation?

Can this implant increase the diameter?

I do not have an implant, but if I need one I would definitely consider it. This is based on the few men that I know who have had them and are very pleased with the results.

The implant being a mechanical device...... my understanding is that they are sized to your current anatomy. And it being mechanical I don't see it getting any smaller in length or in girth. But that is my opinion alone.

Many men report size loss w implants BUT it seems to depend on the doc.  Some are more aggressive w sizing to help guys gain back lost length such as Dr Kramer.  Check out his videos online.

also is incision and grafting with implant a hard and dangerous procedure? I am considering that after Xiapex and I am worried by complications but if it can be done then it would return back some of the size I lost and I won't be losing anymore after that implant as well(I hope).

From what I'm reading incision and grafting is not usually needed when implanting unless very severe peyronies.
