Too aggressive waaaay to aggressive scarring
« on: December 17, 2017, 07:23:03 PM »

I dont have more curve than at most 25 degrees but these days every single day i get a new scar and painful side with a little more bend going that way 5° or so. What to do? I am taking type 2 diabetes medicine since I have insulin resistance, I am very active and do sports such as weight lifting and basketball, I am fit and only have a little bit belly. I eat good no carbonhydrates almost. But i still have aggressive scarring peyronies and my tendons seem to get injured like once a month(ankle ligaments, ACL etc.) It is like I am one of the healthiest lifestyles in my age(19) however my body and my genetics try to F^@% me up and break down in every way possible. I have got to the point that i dont give a crap anymore and would even prefer an implant at this point just to be able to have sex. What would you say about this?

I just literally touched my flaccid penis yesterday and it fell down in front causing more scarring and angling. This is f'^+'ing ridiculous.

Note: the scars only seem to thin my girth and not affect my length too much

Prob want to start pentox, low dose viagra or cialis, traction and/or VED asap to stop any progression.  Meanwhile keep up the healthy lifestyle.  Do you have an appt with a peyroines specialist?

I already take 3x600 pentox and have taken it last 6 months or so, traction and VED would make it MUCH worse since i dont even touch it and scarring occurs. Cialis just creates more random erections that are dangerous at night since i had my second injury while sleeping. I went to 5 urologists and none of them believe that I could have Peyronie's since i am young

What’s the scarring you are referring to look like?

They dont look like anything man it just bends my penis, aches and makes it smaller by girth and length. It's %100 peyronies but I can't do anything about it. Only good factor is that I was really big to begin with and if it stays like this i don't think it will be a problem. However everytime even if a small stress happens on it, 3 days i cant get an erection before it heals itself(!) and gets more bent...

I cant even walk now without damaging my penis because it becomes hard flaccid and turtles back up so every step i take injures it more making it hard flaccid again which again injures it more. I feel like buying a gun shooting every doctor i see then killing myself.

I have lost a huge amount of size and it doesn't stop. What are your experiences on regaining size, if there is anybody out there with full tunica scarring? I have seen some people that are similar to me in arthiritis topic. Is grafting and implantation going to give back to me a longer and straight penis after years? Because i choose to ignore size as of now but would like to know if i can regain it back after some years of medical improvements. I dont want to risk surgery for other people and risk the enjoyment i get out of sex.

If you think you would be happier with an implant at this juncture I would go for it. I forget how long you have had this for? My dick hurt for almost 1.5 years and was constantly inflamed with hard flaccid for that time. I would always wake up with pain. You are really young. I might wait for a bit longer my bruva I know its hard. In that time really look into the pros and cons of an implant and even meet with a specialist so he can tell you what to expect and if you can retain what you have. Maybe in your case the only way to stop all the pain is to have an implant and if that is the case, and you can decide that with a specialist I say do it if youre quality of life will increase....

but

Youre 19 and youll need to replace it in like 18 years at the maximum. 37...which sucks a$$. If I was 19 I would wait, but only you can make that choice.

I also had very little bend at the start, a lot of pain, very easily reinjured. Can't tell you that I had scarring everywhere. Is there anything showing up in your ultrasound? You dick might be in a complete state of inflammation in general.

No i mean i used to be a lot bigger %100 straight but now it is almost curving upwards by 90 degrees, but not with one bend with 3 different upwards bend spots cause in total 80-90 degrees curvature

Do you have scarring show up in your ultrasounds? Why don't the docs believe you?

Because it looks likke a curvature instead of bend since there are multiple dent sites. They think some of the curve is congenital but i know it isnt from my memory. I was free of this disease just about 1.5 years ago

What does the ultrasound show? If there is a plaque in there? Why would they deny that you have peyronies?

They don't deny that i have peyronies. The doctors just don't believe such a bad case(almost whole penis scar covered) could happen at my age. So they think I am exaggerating it. However I have no erectile problems whatsoever only my tunica shrinkens and these aren't caused by traumas. It just happens, i guess genetics. That's why doctors don't believe me cause they think it is only triggered by trauma and it shouldn't happen this many times. None of my plaques calcified yet since i have not been out of active stage for 1.5 years now. I literally hit the jackpot in terms of genetics. %0.1 people my age are affected by peyronies and I don't think even half of them has more than 1 plaque and here I am sitting with a crackhead penis who decides to injure its tunica by itself covered full off scars. I don't worry about my size anymore tho, I am fairly above average and still after many scar sites I won't be small ever. So I guess what life gives you, takes it back from you some other way. I am young and if I can use my penis, I can deal with being a one night stand guy. I am not interested in women other than sex anyways... Soo, size comes second in my priority.

Huge loss of sensation since the last time i had sex, which was 10 months ago. My right underside of glans has almost 0 sensation and i think there is a plaque in my glans as well(had pain there for a while). Now that part cant feel anything and my whole penis became number because of the amount of plaques covering it. I used to love oral sex now i didn't enjoy it one bit (other than mentally). Couldn't orgasm for an hour and a half. Is there a way to treat this? I mean i am having one of the worst case scenarios right now for a peyronies patient and i am dealing with it very good considering i have an active sex life still. But less sensation means less enjoyment and it is the first time that days after sex, i don't want to do it again. Maybe cream or oil for the glans to regain sensitization?

Sounds like nerve entrapment, flaccid =  glans sensitive, erect = low glans sensitivity, hmmn?

the Corpus spongiosum (ventral) on the underside of the penis provides the blood and nerve sensation to the glans (penis head).

if you had soft glans that would explain the lack of sensation, because less blood in the glans means less sensation

I have no problem or plaque in corpus spongiosum. Its fully intact and i can achieve a very hard erection. It is just that my tunica doesn't work and seems to injure itself from nothing and forms a plaque on it with a new curve. If tunica getting fibrosis have no affect on nerves whatsoever, then i can take a nice deep breath. But i do have my left fibrosis going down until ventral part of my penis(only on tunica)
