I started having issues with my penis when I was only 16 years old. It was before I had my first sexual experience, my main symptoms was the lack of sensation and inability to achieve or maintain a rock hard erection. Shortly after my symptoms started I had my first sexual experience and I did ejaculate but it was not fun. It was followed by lack of sexual interest even though girls were throwing themselves at me.

But I went back to normal one year later when I was 17, happy with the change I started watching copious amount of porn and masturbating regularly. One day after ejaculating I felt pain in my penis, I was worried that whatever it was I experienced in the previous year might have returned. But this time it felt worse, It hurt every time I peed, my penis was significantly smaller and I also suffered from incontinence. So I went to visit a doctor, I explained to him what I was feeling and he checked my penis and basically brushed me off saying that I have higher testosterone then average and that I also have a larger penis size than average and I should not worry. So I went to another doctor who ordered an ultrasound and they found out that I have peyronies disease. during this time I noticed the changes in my penis; the occasional hourglass shape of the penis, pain during ejaculation, pain during masturbation, difficulty urinating and emptying my bladder.

I then moved to the U.S. for college were I pretty much ignored the problem although I suffered everyday. My symptoms started getting worse, I was afraid of going to the bathroom not only because it hurt when I peed but it also hurt every time I had a bowel movement. I ignored it all because I was dealing with other things in my life. Sex was not a fun experience but I did have it when the opportunity presented it self to make me feel better about myself. My penis curves slightly towards the right hand side and penetration was not fun. As a way to deal with it I decided to do what was in my power I started working out religiously, I ate as healthy as humanly possible and refrained from masturbation . I dedicated 2 years to that lifestyle but to no avail.

fast forward to 2017 I have been experiencing other medical issues which have been impairing my ability to live a normal life. I decided to go to a urologist among other specialists but because I have kept this condition a secret for so many years because I felt like less of a man because of it, I did not tell him but I told him about the pain while urinating and the pain while ejaculating. (I was more focused on my other medical ailments I was suffering from) they perform an ultrasound and told me that I have Varicocele veins and that I might wanted to be treated for that and that's when I break the news to him telling him that I have Peyronies disease. He initially suggests that I get the Nesbit procedure done but upon further inspection of my penis he tells me that since I only have slight curvature that I should not operate.

I am done with this life of secrecy, loneliness, pain and impotence and I want to get treatment for this condition. I came to this forum to seek help and guidance.

During the past year my symptoms have actually gotten a lot better, I no longer suffer from pain while urinating or having a bowel movement. I can maintain an erection and sometimes ejaculation is not followed by pain. What has not changed is that fact that penetration is difficult and painful. I would like to know more about the STAGE and the 16 dot procedure before I consider either of them. I am guessing that my curvature is about 30% also my penis length is around 8 inches long and it is thick.

Things to consider:
1- I did not get treatment before due to personal reasons. I was dealing with a lot of other issues in my life and still am.

2-I do suffer from scoliosis which rotates my hip to the left hand side, due to this my penis which bends to the right appears to be straight at first glance when it is not. I am not sure if my hip tends to rest that way to adjust to the Peyronies in order to have sex or  because of my scoliosis thus causing the Peyronies in the first place (I am just guessing here but it is plausible)

3- sorry for the horrible English, I do not enjoy talking about this let alone sitting down and typing about it I just want to deal with it once and for all.

Welcome to the forums. I also first had symptoms at 17 or 18, then it went into full blown Peyronie's at 24 or so, and now I'm almost 31.
Can you tell me exactly what other health issues you have? Before surgery we all will tell you to get very serious about the physical therapies and diet / supplementation.

What have any of the doctors you visited said about your prostate?

Plaque in penile tissue isn't a cause for bladder incontinence -- something else is going on.

It sounds like your peyroines stabilized after many years at 30 degrees if I'm understanding you correctly.  You could do traction daily (with or without VED) to see if you can minimize the curve and regain any length or girth loss.  Fortunately, you started out well above average in size!  You may want to add heat, daily low dose viagra or cialis,  ACL OR/and heat therapy, but traction alone would be a good start if you're worried.  The ESL 400 online is around $30 and Dr Lue (renown peyroines specialist) recommends it.  The incontinemce and other symptoms need to be addressed but are likely do to your other medical conditions, so follow up with those for sure.  Keep us posted, you're in the right place for support.

Treatment is definitely appropriate.  I second the opinion that starting out above normal size gives you a bit more leeway in treatments.  I would still not consider Nesbitt as I consider that the cave man approach.

You really should address the scoliosis as well, or perhaps even a higher priority.

Careful traction and/or VED may help, along with the various supplementations/meds to help soften the plaque.  Above all, do not be aggressive in treatment or how you handle your penis, as "new" injury will set you back.
