Guys, Non-palpable isolated septal plaques of the penis are likely present in a significant number of patients affected by erectile dysfunction (ED)

We believe that an US study with CDU provides a way to characterize, localize, and deliver treatment choice in patients with Peyronie's Disease.

This is what I've always thought caused Peyronie for me.

Finasteride -> lots of woman-on-top sex with a non fully hard dick (which made woman-on-top position much more convenient for me, given how normally my dick points up a lot when fully hard) -> peyronie

The article doesn't draw causal conclusions with respect to this. But I do. I don't think septal scarring causes ED. Sex with ED causes septal scarring.
