Can anyone tell me how is your lump/nodule?

Two months ago I ve noticed a very small stranger bulge in my penis, it is only visible when flaccid although I need to look for it a lot to see it. At first I thought it was a small vein but it seems to be under the skin because it does not move with it and is very soft. I am worried because I do not know if it will be a lump or nodule, but if I go to the doctor I am sure he will not be able to see it.

can you tell me in your case how is your lump is big, very noticeable? How do you know is it a lump?
