Hi to everyone,

To summarize my story, i am 42 and 13 days ago i felt pain and something like a click on my erected penis while my GF was moving on top of it. Please note that there was no penetration as we still had underwear on. Everytime she was moving i could feel this click and pain. The click was something i felt, it could not be heard.  Of course i told her to stop...
I might have been injured at this time or maybe before that day in a water park were i felt a little pain in my penis while using a water slide.
So, during the last two week,  i have experienced moderate pain on the left side of penis and when erected, i can feel like a tiny bruise on the left side not far from the glans. I have a moderate curvature on the left too but i'm quite sure it was there before, but maybe at a less extent. I can't really say at that stage if i have ED or not.

I live in Thailand, 5 hours from the capital city and finding a good urologist seems difficult, especially one who will take it seriously as i have really mild symptom.

Reading this forum for 2 days, Pentox seems the oral medication to try. I think that I should be able to buy it here over the counter.

I of course don't ask anyone here to be a subsitute for a doctor but, from experience could you tell me if pentox has shown efficiency on a quite recent penile injury to help heal and avoid serious problems in the future.

Thanks

PS: if there is another molecule i should add to pentox at this stage, of course, feel free to mention it :)

It seems the earlier the better and to include low dose cialis.

Learning what I have about Pentox over the past few years, it seems that if it is going work then it should be taken during the acute phase. So yes, the earlier the better.

Pentox is a relatively harmless drug, with only mild side effects for many people. Other than money you won't be loosing anything by giving it a try.

Earlier Peyronies treatment, better results.
Pentox with low dose Cialis will work better.
Take always with meals, last not later that 3, 4 hours before bad.
If starting gradually (one 400 mg, then 2, then 3) in most cases the body get used to.

It is correct, but Pentox may effect the immune system, it is written on the box, it happened to me and forced me to stop taking it.

Unfortunate but true, even Rx with rare side effects...can happen w some folks.  So, if any new symptoms arise when starting a new drug...let the doc know.  Most can be managed and some often go away with time.

Hello Gents,

For the record: Yes you can get Pentox without prescription in Thailand but it's not very easy to find in a big provincial town.

Tried 4 pharmacies and they have no in stock, even the one that is attached to a big international hospital.

The fifth one had one box of Trental in stock because they have 2 customers in town that use this medication.

I was able to buy 40 pills and they said they can order more if i need.

I started by 2 pills a day the first 3 days. The side effect were gradually declining, so I am on the recommended 3 pills a day since yesterday.

The pain has decreased but cant' be sure if related to pentox or not. Now the pain is less noticeable, i can say i still feel something wrong inside sometimes during the day or when I or my GF perform (very soft of course) masturbation on my penis. I havent make love the regular way since the incident as my gf want to wait to do it, so it is hard to judge exactly where i am in terms of ED etc...

At this stage, my plan is to continue pentox till i hopefully don't feel any pain or tingling sensation down there and then to keep a box at hands in case of...

Have a good day.

Hello,

I think i would post some update after 6 weeks on Pentox.

The injury on my penis was done the 20th of november. I started Pentox the 8th of december from 2Xday to the classic 3Xday after few days. No big side effect, maybe a tiny headache if i don't eat enough while taking it.
The situation still look the same, mild pain on the left side. It looks like it originate from a tiny bruise on this left side, not far from the glans. If i touch here, the pain become more precise and intense. There is sometimes an inflamation that i can fell irradiating to the top of my foreskin on the left side.
I have been avoiding for several weeks any type of handjob or masturbating with full hand as it will increase the pain quite a lot for the next 2-3 days. Oral sex or masturbating only with two fingers on the right side is much more OK and seems to only increase the discomfort by a tiny bit.
So, well i feel i am still at the starting point and i am very afraid of injuring my dick more. Thanks to pentox or not, at least the situation has not worsened and i think i will continue it for a while. I wonder what it will look like when the injury will close itself, if it ever closes one day...
I don't know if anything is worth adding. I might try to add cialis if i can get it otc here... feel free to comment anything i said.

Have a good day.

You say ... at the point of injury you felt a "click" and you also got a "tiny bruise" showing .... correct  ??

I'm not sure if I've misunderstood your posts in any way, but I would have thought with those symptoms, especially if they were instant, you needed to see a Urologist as soon as possible. You may need to be taking more action than just Pentox

Thanks for your interest.

That's right i felt a click (+ some pain) 2 or three times while she was on top moving and made her stop.
About the bruise, sorry, maybe i didn't use the right word, it is not something you can see, just a tiny localisation on my left penis side where i can feel more pain if touched with a finger.

I did not know much about the symptom when it happened, i had to leave the country for visa reason the day after. Of course i was worried and in the early morning, before the train to the airport i quickly looked on what i could find on my smartphone.  "Penis clic", "penis crack" etc lead me to description of the obvious penile injury with swallow and purple penis and i felt reassured for a while, thinking i was not concerned. During my week stay in an other country waiting for a visa, i read a bit more about the subject.
I found a medical study from 2008 in french about what looked like to have happened to me (fracture with no obvious symptoms) that was quite worrisome

Fractures « fermées » de la verge : à propos de deux cas | Urofrance

at this time, they apparently know no good solution to treat this kind of injury correctly, only the consequences that might show up weeks / months later in time.

As peyronie was given as one of the consequence, i finally ended up in this great forum.

Maybe i rely too much on the not too optimistic info and experience i found on the net, expecting to be lucky enough that the injury will heal without giving me fibrosis and hoping the Pentox will help in that way.

Finding a competent urologist in a private hospital in thailand might be a challenge, even in France it might be very difficult, the difference being that in france the costs are still covered.

Now, i might be wrong but according to the experience i've read here, i'm not sure about what an urologist could do at this stage. Maybe the day when it happen it could have been useful, maybe later if i developp more symptom, but as today i really have doubts...

OK ... yep .... I see. That all sounds like a sensible position in terms of your research and understanding.

As you say, at this point in time now, it's about dealing with the fall out of the accident. Without a scan and proper diagnosis, I wouldn't really like to suggest adding Traction into your therapy right now. If it was a low symptom fracture, I don't know at what point Traction would be safe to use to battle the effects of scarring during healing.

Someone else on here might be 100% sure about that but I'm not ,as I haven't been in that position myself, so not researched it.

Thanks for your concerns.

For a summary:
It is now exactly 2 months since this has happened.
I have been avoiding any kind of masturbation or handjob for weeks.
Have not had the opportunity for "testing" vaginal sex.
If oral sex is given i have not so much pain but a mild needle sensation sometimes at the point of the trauma.
After the act, for the next 48 hours when flaccid, i have a mild pain on the left of the penis and a burning sensation at the top left of the foreskin.
An other big concern is that i have a penile torsion when i stand up and flaccid (not when erect) of what should be described of 90° anti clockwise. The head of the penis is at 3 pm. I'm quite sure i did not have that before the trauma.

I don't know if that description ring any bell for someone here ...

Anyway, it is time to stop being in deny and try something else

After reading this article:

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3502120/

I decided i will try to find an uro in bangkok and hopefully get an ultrasound that could add some knowledge about what dommage i could have...

Good day for all.
