Hi

I am happy I have found this community. I have a bend to my left since years ago (about  25 degrees),and also I have ED. I have this curve from an injury years ago when I was 18 years old, now I am 26 years old and my case is getting worse, viagra and other similars pills have stopped to work and my curve remain similar so I am considered the implant seriously, because of my ED. In these years I tried many things VED traction pentox.. but although my bend it is not a big  problem my ED is

I am giving to myself one year before going to implant to try  other things for  my ED and curve but if on this year my situation does not improve I will go for the implant. It has been many years in this situation and psychologically this is destructive, especially if you are young, so I will not lose more years of my life, this will be the last.

What is your opinion about priapus shot or stem cells? is it worth giving it a shot?

Thank you

Erectile dysfunction treatment is as follows:

1. orals (cialis/viagra etc)
2. injections (trimix etc)
3. VED, cock ring
4. penile implant

All of the other treatments have been highly unsuccessful or are a scam. You don't risk much except your money. Many young men skip steps 2 and 3 and go straight to implant when pills stop working reliably. Injections are not good if you have peyronie's as the injections will make it worse, VED and cock ring are not long term solutions.

I would determine if the pills work reliably enough for me and consider how long I have been experiencing it for. If I fail with the pills and have had ED for years then it's time to be honest with myself and pursue the best penile implant surgeon available.
