I'm slated to begin the therapy in two weeks and will update everyone if this treatment is working or not. I've had the condition 6 months and am in the acute phase. :'(

This is an emotionally destructive condition, we all have it, let's be nice to each other.

I have no idea how I did this to myself

Not too much information regarding Endostimulation Therapy. Basically nothing :(
Regarding LOW INTENSITY SHOCKWAVE THERAPY is written:
Quote...helping break up both concentrated and diffuse plaque plus rehabilitating damaged tissue.
Would like to hear what is Christopher opinion.
By the way, regarding shock wave therapy you can read here:

Got amazing support on the forum

Had my first therapy today. Endostim is Verapamil injection followed by carbon dioxide therapy to help circulation. In two days I'm going in for  ESWT therapy.  I hope this works, currently I'm feeling completely impotent and only able to get erections after great effort, and I'm afraid masturbation is helping cause more of a problem when I need to get one.

Website looks like a salesman became a doctor. Up selling old Peyronie's treatment (verapamil) with flashy new carbon dioxide therapy. In this way they offer a common medical procedure for the condition (maybe covered by insurance) with a benign procedure (out of pocket) and it seems like you're getting state-of-the-art treatment. I apologize for being cynical, but the only thing worse than a cynic is a salesman.... you risk nothing but money. You may experience placebo or true improvement and praise the clinic, but the improvement will be due to old Peyronie's treatments. Or you won't see any improvement and lose money. The medical doctor retains his credibility by rooting the treatments in typical procedures like verapamil. The real only treatment options are clear and outlined over and over again in journals. Orals-VED-traction-injections-surgery (straightening or implant). Where will you stop on the Peyronie's train?

oldones

I won't stop trying until I need to get an implant. Where are you on the Train? My question is will this condition get better and stabilize so I can have a normal love life, or will I eventually end up getting an implant. I have Peyronies, Corporal Fibrosis, and Veinous Leaks?

oldones

Man, DN you really brought me way down. I was thinking this was paramount to a cure, but now I'm thinking at best its a fix until it gets bad again and then I'll need surgery

DN

I don't mean to bring you down, only highlight that verapamil shots have been around for a while and at best will reduce curvature. However, many doctors use Xiaflex now instead of verapamil. There are no evidence based studies suggesting carbon dioxide will have any affect whatsoever, I imagine you'll be paying a fair amount for it. From my understanding, having read about this extensively, corporal fibrosis and venous leak does not improve. Corporal fibrosis often leads to implantation. I have spoken to many men with corporal fibrosis and their currently is no real treatment for it and their venous leak. If you are suffering from corporal fibrosis and venous leak you are essentially treated as any general ED patient. You will be offered pills (viagra/cialis), then injections like trimix, and then implantation. However, because you have fibrosis already then I don't believe any doctor will suggest injections because it will most likely make that situation worse. If pills don't work satisfactorily then consider penile implantation. Go to FT and read the implants forum. Here is a question I asked of a newly implanted young man about his journey treating his corporal fibrosis and getting implanted:

At what stage over the past 4 years did a urologist recommend an implant? I never had a urologist recommend an implant. Of the approximate 8-10 urologists i saw prior to Dr. Eid, the majority of them said it was all a mental thing. O ya? A mental thing? I had an MRI showing scarring in my left Cavernosum (following a major car accident) and then I had Eid confirm venous leak with a duplex ultrasound? A mental thing? Good call dumbfucks. Real high grade doctors here, top of their field. Really these guys were the most infuriating part of this whole process. I wanted to go back with the duplex confirmation and shove it down their mouths. Anyways, a few doctors did understand that, according to the MRI, that there was physical damage. They prescribed cialis and viagra, which I tried without any real success. I am thankful for these doctors because they let me try a known potential fix that would eventually lead me to deciding on an implant. Unfortunately, viagra and cialis cannot reverse and cure venous leak. But ya, none of them ever mentioned an implant.
