It's very cold, days are shorter and nights became much longer lately and my neighours are having sometimes loud sex and i must admit i have become very paranoid about state of my dick. I also have repeating anxious thoughts about it and this is doing great mental damage to me for long time and i guess i need some sort of infomation, so untill i start my attempt to fix it, at least know what could be done. Looking all over internet i never could similar situation to mine being talked about.

What i wanted to ask, as i don't have urologists nerby and will probably try to go to some specialist in my nerby area (i live in croatia, so perhaps italy, serbia or austria, if anyone knows good doctors there please tell). Do you guys think it's possible to fix penile fracture that has been not treated for 6 years, that possibly got more and more scarred. I have 2 fractures i believe that both "healed" (or became scar tissue or has corporal fibrosis or whatever) in a way that they curve (bigger one is 35-40 deg.), i have pretty big hourglassing and one of those "fractures* is in perineal area, and one additional hourglass at the base.  My erections are much much weaker than before injury, they are never full, and need constant stimulation. When i use my penis for anything more than minimal usage it starts huting afterall and goes to hard flaccid/allways painful mode for few days making my life miserable as F^@%.

I also lost more than an inch of size in both length (about 4 cm) and girth, getting closer to hourglass i lost maybe even 1.5 or more inches of girth.

I also believe (have do an mri to confirm) that i ruptured or tore half of bulbocavernosus muscle, so in a spot where is my "pernieal fracture" it stops at about 1/2 of my penis base, making it even more unstable and making me premature ejaculate and having weaker stream when pissing and ejaculating and having to push out my urine by hand. Also, my corpus spongiosum, doesn't inflate from my fracture upwards almost at all

What i wanted to ask, does anyone know about similar cases? Could i solve my issue? I am maybe shallow, but it is very important for me to fix my penis, restore it functionallity and also size i lost, i wouldn't consider any treatement or surgery sucessful without restoring both the way it was or at least 95% of what it was before. Could you suggest some proven surgeon in my region that could help? Since most of members on this forum are american, i didn't really make up my mind completely about good and bad surgeons in europe, all discussed had both good and bad incomes and i would like risk to be minimal.  I also am not escpecially rich person, so i would like, if anyone knows, how much would such surgeries cost.

You might want to get started with traction and VED while you research surgery.  I hear it helps in regaining some loss before surgery and then continue after surgery to regain even more girth and length.  I'm sure some of the guys will have ideas about good surgeons in Europe.

I will try that. My erections are also weaker. Is it possible to surgically repair penis with weaker erections that had fracture and scarring without implant?

Sava perovic died i think in 2011, and djinovic is his student but i can't find anyone having an actual expirience with his on these forums about injured penises, and his web site is very outdated and kinda crap and a bit stupid ("Just like there was only one Michelangelo and one Albert Einstein, and there is only one Michael Phelps and only one Michael Jordan, there was only one Sava Perovic and there is only one Rados Djinovic.")

Still, he seems to be great at FTM modifications and seems like a respected surgeon, and i think he works with kuehhas sometimes, but i'll play it safe for now untill i find out more at least, but who knows, maybe he's great

I would have been implanted 5 years ago. I think you will find closure in the hands of an experienced implant surgeon.

I will probably go that way soon, probably in a year. Tho, i would like surgery to restore all that size i lost, my shorter side and flaccid stretch is 14-15 cm and is very un elastic, while my longer side gets to 19 cm in full erection, so if i could only fix that "cord" structure that restricts my shorter side, and my hourglasses, fix my muscle and get my normal 19 cm size somehow and implant - i would be happiest man in the world and pray to thank god every night before bed
