Hi all,

I am new to this site but I want to thank all senior members for dedicating your time to helping others as they started on this journey.  I hope to do same as I go along and hopefully defeat this condition  successfully. I  am 59 years old and I believe I have had Peyronies for anywhere between 6 to 10 months.
I have been fighting ED for about 4 years mainly through 5mg cialis. worked great at first but for the last 7 months or so need about 10 to 15 mg and still does'nt work great all the time.
I started noticing a narrowing of about 1" 1/2 from base of my penis but thought it was nerve damage or leakage.  then I noticed hourglass when erect and went to urologist who confirmed I had peyronies.
its starting to mess me up psychologically and last two times I have had trouble getting a firm erection.
thankfully i do not have any bend but just narrowing with plaque/scarrring. i also have indentation.

i am right now  on Pentox, Acetyl L carnitine, vitamin E, coq10, 5mg cialis daily.  i am taking 4grams of Larginine with 400mg of citrulline daily in two doses.
i am also heating area up twice a week for about 30 minutes.
also at night I am heating area for ten minutes and applying afterwards a combination of Potassium Iodine, vitamin E and DSMO.

I have cut out sugar and carbs and exercise every day.

I have bought a one cylinder manual  VED from Osbon ERecaid basic model.

I have been reading posts from old man (who BTW even though I have not corresponded with, wish him best and speedy recovery) and Hawk concerning VED therapy.

I need advise on what type of VED best to purchase for both correcting or improving Peyronies and help ED. Also Advice on how to use it.
I would like to regain enough strentgh in my erections without meds. I also would like to correct or improve my narrowing and indentations and regain my old length and girth.

Any help people who have received it from seniors members can give me in which device and brand would benefit me most would be extremely appreciated.

Thanks to all.

Hi tito3

It sounds like you are doing some great things already to treat the problem. You may wish to consider taking Ubiquinol rather than CoQ10 as it is more available to the body once you are over 40.

I am not an expert on this but I would see how you get on with the Osbon VED for now. I noticed from your other post that you have found the VED protocols page. The preferred VEDs on here seem to be the Augusta Soma models. Here is an older thread which may be of some help:
