I expect to facilitate a forum software upgrade this week. While the software upgrade MIGHT add some new features or slightly different look, these are side benefits.  The main issue is security.  Older software is often vulnerable to newer threats that learn to exploit well known security weaknesses.

I will inform you here when the downtime will occur.  it should be very brief.  I will give a guess on approximate down time.  I am still unsure which version I will upgrade to (very newest version or newest stable version) so much remains unanswered at this point.
