So, when i had my fracture/injury 6 years ago which i am finaly trying to solve, i think i somehow ruptured part of bulbocavernosus muscle (the muscle that hočds and "flexes" the penis. I still have functional muscle at the very bottom of the penis root, but anything above is not covered by muscle (the difference can be felt by hand) and can't contract. Since i injured it, i have had problems with pissing (much weaker stream, need to force out urine by hand after peeing), premature ejaculation, hard flaccid, and it seems that that part of muscle i still have is used for controling penid and anus in the same time, while before i think i had much more control with both

So, does anyone know if there is a procedure that can fix my muscle if i ruptured it (i think injured parts of my muscles are around my penis as they have specific feel of "muscle" pain when i touch them, so maybe they can get stiched out?). And if that can be done, are our penile reconstruction surgeons capable of doing it? As i will probably do surgery in the end and it would be great if both can get fixed at the same time

I am going on pelvic mri in few weeks because of that, and beforehend my radiologist said he never heard of such procedure being made. I,must admit that i was unsucessful in searching online about fixing this issue. I would appreciate any info or insight as i need to fix that muscle to restore a great deal of my penile function.

Bump cause your inbox is full, and I was wondering if anyone has similar issues such as the weak urinary stream, hard flaccid, premature ejaculation(pretty much the same as my issues). Hoping you'll log in soon and might be able to answer, or other members with similar problem/injury can chime in.
