Hello Fellow Peyronie's sufferers. I want to tell you there is hope with non surgical intervention. I had a 35 degree curve and did not qualify for surgery. My urologist told me to get used to the new me as I could only see about 30% improvement with traction. WELL, that was not a good enough answer for me. I am lucky that I am married to a doctor that does well finically. So I took 6 months off from my job and used the Penimaster pro every day for almost 8 hours (or as long as I could- I would hit speed bumps along the way). I hit 400 hours almost a month ago and I NOW ONLY HAVE A 10 DEGREE CURVE, which looks completely normal like I was born with it. I got my size back and then some. The girth is bigger as well. It takes a lot of work but it is possible to cure yourself. Although I still have a 10 degree curve I am still treating, I no longer have pain, the curve looks normal and healthy and I feel so much more confident. I feel like my old self. Happy and proud of what is in my pants. To all peyronies sufferers who cannot have surgical treatment, THERE IS A WAY. And I wanted you all to know. Message me if you have questions as I would like to help. This is the only device I have ever tried and it worked well for me. Long learning curve but worth it in the end. After all I am now at 10 degrees, so the device works. It just takes lots of WORK and WILLPOWER. Take care all and good luck.  :)

I will continue to use the device although now I use it like once a week ( kind of a lazy approach now) due to the fact that I am so much better. So 8 hours a day is after you have months of work and hours in. I would shoot for 2 hours a day at first and then up to 4 for another 2 weeks. Then another 2 take is up to 6 and then another two weeks take it to 8 if you can. I could not do 8 every day. The device fits better on some days than others I find. My best days were 8 hours. If you can get in 4 a day, you will see lots of progress. But work your way up and always warm up. Then you can last longer in the device. I only had Peyronies for 2-3 years. Noticed it a year ago. I just thought I was getting older and my erections not as good. I was wrong. Got my length back too. I am no longer being careful with sex but you really should. I think I am about to start taking Viagra or Cialis during sex not because I need it but because my urologist says this plaque buildup can come from not having a 100% hard penis during sex. Can lead to injury when not at 100%. I have been with the wife for 16 years, so never really at 100%. Yes, I have experienced pain from the device. The penimaster pro has a month learning curve at least and you slowly get better at it. Happy to help if you have specific problems. It gets better and now and then I get sore but that's it. Make sure all air is out of the chamber so you don't get air blisters (happened the on time I didn't do that). The pain during intercourse is now gone. Feels great down there. You are doing the way to get cured (many hours) Keep it up and you will get there. Just takes time my man. I used to wear the device down my pants but then started putting it between my belt and my belly up vertically. This is better for going to the store. Now I wear it down if I have big sweatpants on (no underwear) and seems to be more comfortable. But it is perfectly healthy and fine to wear it in between your belt and belly. try that. Feels weird at first. Start off with low tension for the first few weeks. Your goal is to get to where you only see 3 of those metal dots on the bottom of the extender. (forget the pulling force but can check on that) I am happy to help if you need anything else. Sometimes it takes me a minute to respond though. Good luck man. I am rooting for you.

On my computer. I have taken the same pics 6 months apart and multiple times between. I took them every month. The difference is amazing. However, I will not post these to prove anything. You use a tool that measures degree that you urologist gives you. Sorry but no penis pics. Just gonna have to trust me or not. If there is some cash reward for the guy that got his penis to 10 degrees, I will be happy to share lol.

Yeah... posting stuff like this, not sharing pics, expecting others to believe straight up.... what can i say? been in this forum for too long... should of been used to it by now...

@pfract - The problem is you expecting guys to share pictures of their dick online just because you don't trust published studies.

@evankol1 - Congrats on your success with traction, seems like you really committed yourself to put the hours in.

Hmmm. I just got done with a longer session and pulled my dick out of the penimaster and my bed was huge! Lmao. I think blood pooled in the head from the suction. Normal? Maybe some bruising too? Not worried about damage...no real pain.

Where you using it during sleep. If so, try not to do that. They say its ok but I don't trust it. You need to be awake just in case something goes wrong. Yes some irritation and swelling in normal for a while but this should go down quickly. If not go to the doctor. Sorry for late response.

Congratulations!

I firmly believe in traction, as all of you must now by now. Not only does it remodel the penis over time, but it reduces tgf-beta in the penis, and it removes old blood from damaged areas of the penis. Besides diet, it's the single best therapy I know of.
Right! Don't know much about the science I must admit. I just know it worked. Good stuff to know though

Yes Sir! It is the pressure you have built up. You must get the hose attachment if you don't have it. I couldn't get it to work without pain till then. The ball with a pump and a half is too much pressure. You will stay in, but its just too much. It makes you glans swollen and feels cold to the touch. With the hose you can adjust to the suction you need. Definitely take the time off (though I know you don't want to) as you don't want anything permanent. Not worth it. I hope that helps.

Its ppl like this that just don't want to put in the work and then get frustrated and cant believe others have the willpower and fortitude to get it done. THATS WHAT IT TAKES MAN!. You have to go to WORK. I took off my job and pulled on my Johnson for 6 month (400 hours). Complaining on this site will get you no where. Seriously. Get off the forum and get to work! :)

@evankol1: lol... i been reading this board since winter of 2014. Registered not much after. Learned lot's in these years. Saw lot's of misinformation, lot's of quack therapies, lot's of people believing in lies because it puts their mind at ease.... lot's of people coming to this board and others, posting s.h.i.t. yet proving nothing of what they say, only to have the whole board believing what they say blindly. Stuff like "PRP injections" "dubious accounts of improvement"... Nobody is asking you to post personnably identifiable information. I don't see what's the issue with "having an anonymous picture of your penis circulating online" is, but maybe that's me.

as for what i did... i researched everything i could related to penile fractures and their management, following poor treatment on the hospital. I emmigrated from Europe to North America. A year later, i was able to go to California, San Diego, for a consultation with a World class renowned surgeon, Dr. Irwin Goldstein. I had proper examination and diagnosis, and discovered that PEnile revascularization, unfortunately, was not the solution for my case, so would either live with injections or pills for erectile disfunction, or i would pursue implant surgery. I am currently saving money for that, after being extremely proactive on this board, and FT, regarding the proper path to follow. And you still say i complain and do nothing? lol

Hi, just thought I'd mention if you'd like to share your success without posting pics there are apps that change photos to sketches so the improvement is evident (angle) but no photographic details.  I did such a post last week if you want to check out how anonymous it is.  Regardless the 400 hours success is an inspiration and I'm going to get started.  😎

Sorry Bro that is not work. That is a doc appointment. i am now at 500 hours. Thats what it takes. I dont get on here much anymore because there is not longer any need other than to help others. Also, my user name has my first and part of my last name in it. So yeah I get a little nervous. I feel sorry for you but dont take it out on those of us who PUT IN THE WORK. 500 hours of work. Not a few doc appts. Not even moving across the world will help. Could have stayed where you were, saved you money there for a PM pro and got to work. Go home and get the device. If you dont believe me, I just dont care. But I do hope you get better anyway. I know how frustrated I was when I was in a similar condition.

People underestimate the effort required to get to 500+ hours, but it is worth it.

Hi all,

I've more or less the same experience as Evan. I got Peyronie January 2017, starting with a little lumb and rapidly transforming in 2 plaques. Gathered a lot of information and created a treatment plan for myself for what seems to be (to my opinion) the most logical thing to do and less invasive (I don't like needles and saw surgery as a last resort). It's a fairly unknown disease and even my GP had to look into the books.

I started with a traction device for a few hours a day, expanding it to 8-9 hours a day. This I did for aprox. 9 months. From a specialist I got a prescription for Pentox and Cialis. Together with this I took the supplements L-Aginine, L-Carnitine, L-Citruline and Ubiquinol under the guise 'it doesn't hurt to try'.

My curvature was about 40-45˚ and it endend up in <15˚. It increased in girth and the length stayed more or less the same. I can't say what did the trick although I guess the traction device did the most part. The plaques are still there but my penis can function in a normal way and for that I'm happy with it.

P.S: I found a lot of (common sense) information on the website Myperonies.com of Birgir, a fellow sufferer.

What kind of curve did you have?
I had an upward curve (still have) due to a lumb at the bottom of the glans and one in the middle which causes an hourglass. The hourglass deformity is completely gone as the girth has increased. The upward curve has become less but is still there.

The key is using at work/day. Sleeping with it is a real pain.
I believe it's not allowed/advisable to use a stretching device at night (or for that matter with sports or hard manual labor). At night you can use a vacuum device though.

LWillisjr

True you are not to use traction more than 2 hours at a time without tacking a break. And I have no idea how you would use a VED at night. I assume "at night" means while sleeping.
