Hi,

I have a large vein/possibly lymphatic vessel that extends from the right shaft of my penis to the base that is aggravated by friction, pressure, sexual activity. My question is would the pressure from using a VED to treat early Peyronie's aggravate this lymph vessel/vein even further? Would a traction device be safer in my case?

Start applying heat to the area and slowly massage towards the base, if it's a lymph vessel. Start at the nearest point towards the body with the strokes.

Check if it's a lymph by shining light through. Blue is vein, colorless is most likely lymph. But don't aggravate pain. Just be cautious.

Yes, that's what happened to me. Even slight VED use caused aggregation and made everything worse.
