Can I use the VED for intercourse or just for therapy?

I bought a Somaerect STF to help with my peyronies.  I am still waiting for it to arrive.  But I was wondering if I can use it to have intercourse with my wife instead of using viagra.  Or should I be only using the VED for peyronies therapy?  I don't want to do more damage to my penis.

I think the pumping should be okay but those tight rings to hold the erection always make me cringe. They feel like they are going to snap my penis off, so I never even tried them once.

Maybe try a bigger cockring out of silicone that just compresses the base a bit to decrease venous outflow. You can cut those in case of emergency.

Not sure  I understand your question. VED's were originally developed to achieve and hold an erection (with the bands)m for intercourse.

What I mean was I am going to use a VED to treat my peyronies and was wondering if it would be damaging or cause more issues with peyronies if i were to use it for intercourse with a cockring. After reading the protocol for 3 cylinder ved, it doesn't sound like I am supposed to achieve full erections when using the device for peyronies therapy.

Notreallyme,

Use the largest diameter cylinder and get a moderately good erection, but not over doing it. URO's use VED for people that have ED. You want a firm erection during intercourse otherwise you could have your penis bend and get more damage. I use mine for both, although for sex it is just precautionary to ensure a firm erection during intercourse.
