Hi

I can see there is some discussion about Q10. I have been taking it (600mg a day) for the last few weeks and have noticed some small improvement in my Peyronies. However I have found that I can feel light headed and have even fainted, which I have been able to isolate to the Q10 intake. Additionally I have noticed sleep problems. Apparently it can reduce blood pressure. However I am testing it by taking it with food and different times of the day - I will add more about that later.

As an academic I turned to the research and found this useful literature review by the The International Coenzyme Q10 Association: https://www.fonteine.com/q10.html which is worth reading - the english version is below the dutch version - just scroll down. It gives an overview of Q10 studies.

Hope you find this useful

The research about Q10 is written by The International Coenzyme Q10 Association.
Can be trusted? they are an interest party in the subject, no?

The information is not written by the International Coenzyem Q10 Association rather it was a review of the literature done by them.  Big difference.

I suppose my English not enough to understand the difference. I am an illiterate, never learned English :)
