I've read that for those over 40 years old, it's better to take ubiquinol, as the body tends to lose its ability to convert CoQ10 into ubiquinol at that age. But what about someone younger, such as myself (I'm in my 20s). Is there any benefit to taking one over the other?

The body uses both Ubiquinone ( basic CoQ10) and Ubiquinol and will balance the two internally as needed. However, it is Ubiquinol which is the powerful antioxidant that is thought to help with Peyronies symptoms.

At your age the body should make the conversion fairly easily. But if you can afford the extra cost, use ubiquinol

Does ubiquinol get absorbed into the bloodstream better than the body's converted version derived from CQ10?
