Pain but straighter when ejaculating

I've noticed lately that when I get erect my penis stays around 20-25% bend to the left, but when I'm getting close to ejaculation my penis seems to straighten slightly and give me a little pain.
Perhaps this could be the plaque being pulled straighter and giving me the pain.  After ejaculation the penis seems to bend more as it returns to a flaccid state.

Has anyone else experienced something similar?

I'm not sure what you mean by 'pre-ejaculation'. The clenching of the pelvic muscles is ejaculation. Doing all the things you describe plus forcing your semen to shoot out.
