Gosh.. Why don't they use the botanical names...

Ingredients:
Wattle Bark 116.27 mg
Contains tannins. I would suggest this has some minor anti-oxidant properties. Is a local astringent. (Acacia Bark Herbal Information from Herbal Extracts Plus)

Elephant Creeper 58.11 mg
"When an extract of A. nervosa root was administered to male mice, both mounting and mating activity increased, showing aphrodisiac activity." (http://www.srbce.org/jer2007/subramoniametal.pdf)

Sweet Root 58.13 mg
There are different subspecies of Osmorhiza. Used by native americans. Pick one BRIT - Native American Ethnobotany Database

Coral calcium 34.88 mg
"It is marketed as a dietary supplement, but its benefits over other calcium supplements are unproven and biologically unlikely, and several marketers have been found guilty of fraud and were ordered to pay $20.4 million and to refrain from making unsubstantiated claims in the future." (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Coral_calcium)
Basically, calcium should be enough, if you need it.

Iron Compound 34.88 mg
Don't supplement iron, if you don't need it (anemia).

Cloves 23.25 mg
Works against pain and is anti-inflammatory. In vitro suppresses tumour necrosis factor and enzymes Thromboxane, COX-1, COX-2 and Cytochrome P450.

Indian Bay-leaf 23.25 mg
"Methanolic extract of C. tamala leaves fed at 10 mg/kg to alloxan-induced diabetic rats for 15 days resulted in significant reduction in blood glucose level, blood glycosylated haemoglobin, LPO, serum AST, and ALT, and significant increase in the antioxidant enzymes such as CAT, GSH, and SOD. C. tamala could be used as an adjunct therapy in diabetes."

Nutmeg 23.25 mg
No proven medical value, unless you want to trip out (just kidding, dose too low)

Spanish chamomile 23.25 mg
"Extracts of Anacyclus pyrethrum have anabolic activity in mice and also increase testosterone in the animal model." (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/22473789)

Vermilion 23.25mg
Actually a pigment? I can't see any other usage than to color the pills red. Is a mercury compound. Huh...

So...I can't see any health benefits from the ingredients, than increased testosterone (maybe), reduced blood glucose (likely) and a bit anti-oxidant properties.
Work out (testosterone), eat less sugar (blood glucose) and take Quercetin (anti-oxidant). That will be better (and most likely cheaper).

$119??? Seriously...
