Hello, i don't have an diagnosis of peyronie disease but i am seeing an going to urologist to talk about my penis problems again in a few days (also i live in eastern europe and there is no peyronie specialist nerby). I would like that you give me your thoughts and advice on my situation.

So, my injury happened when i was 16 (i'm 22 now) years old, from early age i am a compulsive chronic masturbator and sometimes masturbated for 13-15 times a day, at the age of 13-14. 3 times was my average. I think my problem happened over time as i continued masturbating when i was not as hard (i clenched my legs together so the penis would be harder) and as i found out that when my penis felt non sensitive, more pressure and some of the pain could make me orgasm. That day i masturbated 4 times in a row and after a last i felt pain and my penis felt broken.
-it was much smaller while flaccid (almost non existant), could not get an erection at all for some time and sometimes few blue spots on my penis would appear, i had no feeling of it and it felt detached from body, penis was cold, started pointing downwards when flaccid (like it's to heavy not to fall down), and my pelvic muscles i think started contracting all the time when i touched it. I haven't had an erection for long time and i stopped having morning wood durring that time. Also, i couldn't hold my pee.

After some time, my penis could get some sort of erection, but it was more bent upwards, smaller (i was about 7.5 inches before in erection and i'm from 5.5 to 6.5 now, depending on erection strenght), my penis still feels kinda detached, erections are not full, i have scaring that is painful after vigoruos masturbation and girth of base of my penis is much smaller than the part above the "scars" (i think i have two scars, one at the base that is making my penis hourglass and i have one on left side of my curve)
Also after injury i prematurely ejaculate which didn't happen ever before.
After vigorous masturbation i have pain (kinda burning sensation) in the base of penis and in the part a bit down from the middle of the shaft (parts that have scars), around my balls and near the part that penis touches the pelvis and i think in upper part of my left leg)
Also, my flaccid size variates durring the day and feels very empty (it's stiff in the middle of the penis too)
And my penis also curves a bit to the left at the moment, left side of my corpus Cavernosum seems to be smaller but harder and also it is mostly less erect (could it be just temporary because of masturbation?). And left side of my penis muscles (pelvic muscles) allmost allways contract when i touch my penis
And currently veins on my penis are hard and stiff.
Also, i don't shoot cum out of my penis, it just dribbles down and my pissing stream is very weak, i have to "push out" my urine by hand by those "scarred" parts
And, i haven't got morning wood in a year (i had few lucky days before)
As for the scared penis base part, when i strech out my flaccid, it gets tinier from the head to the base with base being very very, very small. And lately in those half erect states i can squeeze the scared part of base in my fingers and it gets empty
My penis i think gets a bit better when i work out, but don't know if it is true for sure.

Lately, it takes few minutes for me to get erect fully, i loose erection if i don't stimulate myself and it's very weak most of the time, my penis size hit an all time low at 5.5 and it wories the hell out of me

Note, i've been chronicly masturbating lately (5-7 times a day) so my current size and size of base of girth could be affected by it, when i have better erections i must admit it seems better.

I've found that if i don't masturbate for some time (few days), my penis gets a bit better, erection gets fuller and pain stops a bit. But if i start regulary masturbating or i start vigorous masturbation (as i did whole my life, just recently i found out that in fact it could be the reason my penis is so f'^+'ed up) it starts hurting afterwards all again and scars start having that burning sensation all over again and my base and part in the perineum hurts again. After longer sex, (when i manage it) i feel "pricking" sensation in the scars.

Last time i've been to urologyst, he said that my problem probably isn't peyronie as i am too young (?) and he doesn't feel any calcification, he thinks i just have some lesser kind of corpus caveronsum injury. He sent me on a blood test to see if lack of testosterone could be the reason of my weaker erections and asked me to photograph my penis and the curve.

I apologize as this post is very chaotic mishmash of everything about my penis trouble, and my english is pretty rudimentary atm as i am very stressed out about this and kinda depressed lately and generally not in a good mental state, i had a girlfriend and my penis problems put a great deal of strain on me durring the time of relationship and my problems and premature ejaculation made us stop having penentrative sex for some time (even tho she insisted that my penis was fine but i still had problems and was stressed out about my size reduction and pe), that relationship ended almost half year ago, but i am determined to finally find out what the F^@% is with my penis. I am horrified thinking about having peyronie and my penis getting even worse.

My plan is for start to stop masturbating for some time (two weeks) to see the effects and try to talk to my urologist once again, what do you think?

Hi Hrvat21 -- There are plenty of guys on this Forum who will tell you masturbate the hell out of that dick. Blah, blah, blah.

a) Your English is perfectly, fine. Don't worry about that.

b) I'd like to be a voice of reason in your life.

c) I have questions for you, and I'd like to encourage you, but I don't want to drag this conversation through the mud hole of the open Forum.

I'll private message you.

Additionally to JohnW's post, weak ejaculation, tight pelvic muscles and chronic tensing may be the source of pain and erectile dysfunction (additionally to the potential damage).

Massage your perineum, concentrate on recognizing the tension in your pelvic floor throughout the day and try these basic stretches once or twice daily

Abstaining for a while may be beneficial to regenerating. It's up to you. I think your current behaviour puts a lot of strain on your regenerative organs. Steady flame burns longer ;)
