Corporal rupture in my sleep?

I am just very confused. I received xiaflex two days ago. Tonight, I woke up with a partial erection that I guess I was contracting when I felt  a popping sensation and lots of pain. I am freaked out and not sure what to do. My penis looks only a bit swollen and the pain is subsiding.. I'll call the doctor as soon as the office opens but I am very this normal?

Anytime you hear a popping it is troubling. After my 4th cycle, I had a similar experience. My URO said should I wake up with an erection to gently put light pressure downward since my curve is dorsal. I freaked and went in and found that there was nothing wrong. My URO said that there is a popping that happens during micro tears during Xiaflex that is beneficial. Small micro tears that happen actually is a breakdown of the scar tissue. You should be fine if you didn't have a fracture, which can happen.
