Blocked lymph node/thrombosed vein?

Could this cause curvature (50 degrees or more), shrinkage of the penis, continuous pain/inflammation, enlarged veins etc? It's so strange because I have all of those symptoms, but no Doctor can find anything on either Ultrasound or MRI scans.

I also get immense pain from VED. One pump is enough. I'm thinking my whole problem is the lymph system. That could probably explain the groin pain I have as well.

Anyone else? What is the best way to treat it?

LWillisjr

It could cause pain but I don't see how it could cause curvature or shrinkage.

I must have Peyronie's on top of this then.

I should probably kill myself soon.

Tychy

Nah.
Could you tell us all your current symptoms ? It may give a more complete picture. Specify groin pain.

I was also having problems with low pressure VED pain that felt like a Golfball being sucked through a garden hose. This went away after using traction a few times.

Cylinder diameter is also a problem. If it's too big you will get a strange pressure dynamic that feels too strong. You can try to start with a little more engorged penis (20-30% erection) instead of full flaccid. Be conservative on the pressure then. If it's only half-pumps for the time, then so be it.

Interesting. Yeah we are a couple of guys here then that gets pain from VED use.

My symptoms are:

- 50 degree curvature
- Big, thrombosed/clogged vein
- A bunch of clots all over my dick (looks like sclerosing lymphangitis)
- Whole dick is red (looks inflamed)
- When masturbating I get a burning pain all over my shaft as well as in my groin (mostly in the groin). Sometimes the pain is in my lower abdomen too.
- No function in my glans or corpus spongium
- Extreme pain from even slight VED use, which has further increased my curvature (from 30 to 50 degrees). It also causes white discoloration where the pain is.
- Hematomas/bruises on several spots on my dick. Largest one is just behind my glans.
- Very hard to get erect. It feels like something is blocking my left corpora from filling up and expanding.

I am getting more and more convinced that I dont have Peyronies disease, but instead have both Mondor's disease (could explain curvature and thrombosed vein) and sclerosing lymphangitis (which probably could explain everything else).

The worst thing is that this is exactly what I suspected from the get-go, but two Urologists have not recognized this and made it worse. My dick has been constantly inflamed for 6 months and this could probably explain the massive loss of size I have seen.

After massaging some anticoagulant cream on my Mondor vein for a week it has basically returned to almost normal. The lymphangitis isnt better however.

I may still have Peyronies on top of all this though, but guess time will tell.

My concern is now, what sort of damage could I have inflicted by being inflamed like this for over 6 months, instead of treating it correctly from the start? If scar tissue has been formed, where would this have happened and how will it affect me going forward?

Tychy

Well that sounds not like a job for an urologist. Maybe see a rheumatologist or internist?

Chronic inflammation is bad for the tissues, but I don't think there's any cancery stuff involved. There may be scarring, but maybe it's only in the top skin and not the tunica. I do have inflammation tendency at the meatus, but it's not that bad. It tends to stick sometimes and feedbacks, because it's then prone to trousers chafing.

But my best guess would be rheumatologist.

@JayGould: which anticoagulant cream did you try?

Tychy: Thanks, will see a rheumatologist. Hope they can treat penises too.

pey ron: Heparin.

Tychy

I just read "speciality: cardiology" on Wikipedia. Just give both a quick call and ask if they know and treat Mondor's

pey ron

@JayGould: what's the name of the heparin cream you used? is it sold over the counter?

Just ask for heparin at the pharmacy. It's OTC. There are several concentrations available. I suppose something around 100,000-120,000 IU should be sufficient for the nether areas. I used 80,000 for a thrombosed hemorrhoid, but that had almost no skin on top of it.

pey ron

@Tychy: I tried. It might be sold OTC in Germany, but not in the US. :(

It's not a high risk medicine. I would suppose asking the doc next time for topical heparin.
