I've been experiencing ED for the last 6 months, just got diagnosed with peyronies. The thing is, at night, while I'm sleeping,I get very strong erections, but during the day it is real struggle to erect. Is this normal for ED sufferers?

i have Peyronies Disease and get this to. the erections i get at night are usually pretty straight unless its been hard for 3+ hours. which it will be if i dont get up to urinate and they dont go away if i dont go and urinate. my palpable plaque even looks different when i look at my penis when i urinate at this time. during the day my erections arent as rigid are those are and sometimes even get ED or even venous leak.

I am not an expert, but if you get good erections at night I would think that's a sign your ED issues are probably not structural, like a venous leak. Your day time ED could be psychological?

When you stand up with your morning wood, the erection maintain for long time or it fall down in seconds?

Tychy

Same for me. Even after the 36 hour cialis period I get morning wood now. It will last as long as my drowsiness from sleep lasts. As soon as I go to the toilet or get mentally awake, it will fade away. Erections during daytime cost effort and stimulation. They will be weaker when lying down. That was the reason I started to blame this on pelvic floor dysfunction. When sleeping, the body is relaxed. Upon awakening, tension comes back. Or it may be simply being in a bad mood because of the injury and overthinking things.  :-\

if you are sleeping.... how to you know how your erections are? let me know.

Pfract,

I would say if you wake up, they are pretty strong. When I get a NE, I usually wake up and it is pretty solid. That being said, I am sure there are times when I either don't get as solid a NE and  don't wake up.

Tychy

I usually sleep light and will wake up from a hard erection. Semis sometimes. It depends totally on sleep quality, activity that day and so on.
