Updates--one step forward, 3 steps backward
« on: June 01, 2017, 10:11:54 PM »

So I haven't updated in a while and I'm not doing too great now and am just to gonna share what's been going on recently. Also a big part of it was admittedly to get a short term emotional release, so been trying to focus on actively doing something more than sitting behind a keyboard.

A few months ago I joined Planet Fitness, sBut right now I'm been a little more focused on strength and weight training. This has helped relieve stress and am surprised how much I enjoyed it. Some days I may have even over did it, the day I joined I was there for 4 hours with no breaks except bathroom. Scale fluctuates a lot but I have gained some muscle.

I've still been taking my same regiment of supplements. I tamper off some of them every know and then when I run out because I have to order on Amazon. Still on Pentox.

I was getting to a point where I could sit down normally again, I still avoided whenever possible but plaques seemed to be more consistent at least and in a sort of permanent state. Everytime I got some sort of sharp pain on a plaque area it always worried because of the lingering inflammation but usually subsided. Some days my dick almost seemed straight, as long as I kept at a state of arousal until it was fully stretched. Still lumpy and deformed looking but I think I had so many plaques that they sort of balance eachother out to where it at least makes a vaguely normal penis shape despite the rough lumpy deformed texture. Sometimes feels like there's rocks inside but my extreme arousal was always able to overcome to form a complete erection. Even if I don't ejaculate I still derive a decent enough pleasure just being erect and that has been a way of coping with all of this--at least I can enjoy roleplay, etc.

I've been in this state for the last several months, going to gym trying to eat right, and getting boners as much as possible without masturbating most of the time, but I still did 1-2 times a week. Idk if it's good for my mental health looking at porn so much but I think it was helping streatch the tissue out and even if I didn't release still got some gratification.

So I was starting to see a small light in the tunnel. 2 days ago I masturbated very lightly like I always have been and as I was ejaculating the familiar pain started back. This was worse than ever before though. THIS is whhat confuses me so much about my condition. Most people seem to get peyronies from a normal sort of injury during sex, even if they don't notice it. Me it keeps happening and most of the time it happens AS I'm releasing, not any sort of blunt force or anything, as I'm cumming I feel EXTREME tightness in my penis in an area, and then a lump appears the next several days. And then little things like coughing or even pushing to pee wlil increase the pain, increasing size of the lump. Anything that puts pressure at all. Asside from the intitial Trauma from 5 years ago that wasn't so bad, this is ALWAYS how mine have happened. I just don't understand, my injuries seem to derive from the naturall process of ejaculating. Althogh any sort of touching seems to increase inflammation.

Later on I tried to get an erection to reassure myself as I always do, with extreme effort I was able to sort of get it up, not completely. Howver it was very shocking, and I'm running out of the ability to be shocked. It now seems to basically lay flat on the side when I'm erect. It feels excessively wobbly almost like a broken limb. What I'm saying is if my dick was bigger, it would resemble a backwards letter C and would actually touch my left leg.

My curve has been steadily going to the left to the point where it essentially lays flat on my pubic area

I'm still following the plan but wondering if anyone has any advice specific to this new incident. Or any answers about why my injuries are so often or why ejaculation seems to be the problem, not a traditional injury from rough masturbation or sex, blunt force, etc.

I apologize for the long posts. But it's been a while and wouldn't post here unless it was really serious. I've lost all faith in the medical community frankly but if this is possibly a fracture or something I'll go. But there is no noticeable bruising that I can tell, just a new lump in a new area.

I know this post is a few months old, and I’ve read a couple of your other posts. I’m fairly certain my Peyronies Disease journey is beginning and I’m far from knowledgeable on it to a significant extent, yet I’m fairly familiar with other aspects of medicine and biology.
With that said, to my initial sense is that your very likely dealing with something else or Peyronies Disease and something else more impactful. Again, take it with a grain of salt. Perhaps your dealing with cysts, or some chronic infection?
Regarding your weight and diet, try to avoid fruit. It’s high in sugar, and if you must chose fruits with high fibre. There is a great app from Under Armour called “my fitness pal’. It’s quite easy to use and will give you a complete understanding of what your diet contains, daily, weekly and such.  You can enter your details like weight and exercises and follow a goal of calories, fat, sugar, protein, etc.
2 pounds a week is the most you want to loose. Are you diabetic? With your weight issue I’d be amazed if your not type 2, diagnoses or otherwise. Metformin will help anyone lose weight, and if your type 2 or prediabetic it’s very helpful. Get your A1C checked, and if it’s over 6 ask for Metformin. It’s cheap and safe.
Wellbutrin will help you lose weight and improve serotonin if depression is an issue. Both helped me lose weight while not changing anything else. From 250 to 195. Keep your weight loss goals achievable. A 5% loss in body weight does wonders if your obese. 10% loss will give you something like a 50% increase in insulin sensitivity.
Testosterone and insulin sensitivity are connected also. Testosterone will help with erections, bone loss, muscle mass, mood and libido. Get it checked. Don’t have an orgasm for a couple days and go do the blood work before 10 am. The standard levels Drs use are out of touch. 300 is low, yet most Drs won’t prescribe it if that’s where your at. 600-900 is ideal. Don’t try to order T online or get it anywhere but a pharmacy. The States has tons of Testosterone clinics where they’re more in touch with what you should be at to be ideal, not just if your 1 point over what is really too low.
My advice is to use that app, and do strength exercises if that’s what you enjoy. It’s actially the best type for weight loss. Muscles burn calories.
Get tour blood sugar tested ASAP if it’s been a while. Ask for an A1C, it’s what should be done but some Drs aren’t the greatest. You don’t need a penis, or much of one to be a good lover. Yet you do need to take care of yourself and have some confidence and self love. The rest is Semantics. Keep your chin up, and know what doesn’t kill you only makes you stronger. Go to a cancer ward and talk with an 8 year old with 3 months to live and your health conditions will get perspective. I’m not trying to dispute your conditions and pain, but things could always be worse.

Peyronny, walleye gives some great advice.  As he said you may have another serious medical issue...definitely try to find a knowledgeable doc as soon as possible.  Good luck, and keep us posted.

Peyronny has been eating very well and lost quite a bit of weight. I'm sure he'll update us all!

Walleye, as you probably know, I had "diabetes" or insulin resistance even at an h1ac of 5.3 or so. My fasting BS was 118. Apparently you need a fasting insulin test to really see insulin resistance, yet those aren't performed very commonly. I really suffered and am still recovering from it, but feel amazing compared to before.

“In the United States, an estimated 60 to 70 million individuals are affected by insulin resistance. Statistics report that more than 40% of individuals older than 50 years may be at risk for insulin resistance; however, it can affect anyone at any age.”

It’s the new epidemic.
