Shrinkage and retrograde ejaculation

Hi all,i`m Ian and it`s my first post,was diagnosed with Peyronies 5 years ago though i`ve had it much longer,i have considerable shrinkage ( almost down to 3" ) and suffer retrograde ejaculation,Urologist sais NHS would do nothing as didn`t cause physical or mental problem and because of my age 60,just wondered if there is any thing that could help me ?
