Christopher, soft glans is a condition when the shaft gets hard and erect the glans remains soft or mushy.

I don't have it but have heard it is common with men who practice penis exercises, see pegym, thundersplace etcetera

I don't presume for one minute lessor does PE, I think it has something to  do with the corpus spongiosum and glans veno-occlusive mechanism

PDE 5 inhibitors can only improve symptoms of soft glans in patients with failure to fill or failure to store soft glans syndrome.

I think it may have its cause in pelvic tension, doing reverse kegels and light squats may help, not sure  :-\

Same here - soft glans since the onset of Peyronies Disease in 2001, then in the last couple years (strangely as I had some new plaque formation elsewhere), the soft glans improved quite a bit and it's firmer than it's been in many years. So don't assume it's permanent.
