Is possible to know if the peyronie will give worse with the time? And in that case, how?
I see a slow but continuous deterioration in my disease, I've been thinking about the implant for a while
Do you think I should go for the implant as fast as I can or wait and see if this improves? But I am very concerned if this continue getting worse.
What the forum thinks?

I think it can yes.. I have a not so typical form of peyronies (caused by penis enlargement exercises like jelqing, pumpibg and stretching) and I have hourglassing and shortening but not one plaque causing a bend so maybe my case is different. Anyway, in me it has been slowely worsening for about 4/5 years now. It's sometimes totally stable, but I always feel a sharp pain when it's progressing again and it seems like I should always beware of ot getting worse. Masterbation and sex but even just being overly tired and wearinf tight clothes can trigger progression in me. So yes I do think  possible that it will keep progressing and I have no idea when and if you can ever be sure that it's all over and never going to get worse again.

However, an implant is a big deal. I personally wouldn't do ot but it depends how old you are, how big/functional your penis is right now and what risks you're willing to take.

I went from 6.5x4.8 inch to about 5.5x4.5 and to me haveing an implant of that size probably wouldnt give me any desired results anyway because it's still small, odd shaped AND I'd have to pump my dick up like a balloon by pinching my scrotum.. so I choose to wait for better options because the implant will permanently make me have plastic inside me and I don't want that either.

I dont know about you, but I'm 22 and as depr3ssing as it is I'd rather wait till I'm 30 and hopefully have more options than to pay a lot of money now for something I dont really want.
Age: 25
Date of onset: 17
Symptoms: sharp pains, numbness, change in shape/size, hourglassing and discolaration from jelqing/VED usage as a teen. Diagnosed with a venous leak and possible scarring.
Treatments tried: cialis, pentox and VED didnt help

As far as I know it's more like a stop and starting over process rather than some kind of continuum. Stabilization might be followed by a worsening or might not.

By the way, no matter what they say in here, I'm with popooo, implant it's absolutely off the table to me. I can understand that it can give people some form of sex back but it's destroying what remains of your penis what we are talking about. How this can be ever considered as a remedy? There is no way back and too much at stake.
Especially for people who are in pain, I don't see how it won't worsen with such an invasive procedure.
Just a thought from a guy who had just a congenital curvature that it has been turned into something worse than the worst peyronies ever..

31 yrs old
Severe congenital curvature. 3 straightening surgeries
Big lump/stitch w/ left deviation after 2012 surgery
Severe ED after last one in 2014. Still crooked
Slightly improved w/ shockwave therapy
Looks like only one side of my penis works

Expressing my own opinion, not trying to influence anyone:
* Peyronies can have long slow deterioration, can arrest and from time to time flair up, can totally stop advancing :(
* I was making an implant long time ago if I had the finance for it. I would like to have again sex life without thinking when to take the pill, how to continue my treatment, etc'  :)

Thank you all for answering me
All opinions are welcome, but this starts to scare me like hell, I dont feel pain or sharp pain but I can see a continue worsening and my erection arent very good now. Popopo I´ve seen a lot of people injuried for jelqing, is terrible I do not know how those forums that promote jelq can remain open
James your peyronie is stabilized, it will not get any worse?

popopo

I know lessor and even worse are the delusional members there who flame everybody who says he's injured because it's either "not possible with jelqing unless you overtrain" which is ridiculous cause the penis isnt a muscle you can train "your own fault for being too rough" or they will even say that you're lying and ban you for makeing PE look bad. In my opinion most of the people that promote jelqing and don't wanna hear how bad it can turn out to be are those who just can't handle the truth that penis enlargement is nearly impossible right now.

My Peyronies didn't progress in the last 4 years after I started treatment but, after not using VED for more than one year I lost again 1/2"
Got it back after 6 week with VED again.

In my opinion those are very negative people, trying to harm others, but Internet have no censorship. (should be in my opinion)

More than "some" length can be gained by releasing the suspensory ligaments.
Some doctor are for it, some against, some forum members posted that they are happy with the results.

James that's not true. Many gained some relevant amount of length back using both ved and traction.

You have stated:

Some doctors say yes, some say you can't get more that your original length.
By the way, can you support your statement with trust-able pictures with measurements before/after?

I don't see the point. We were talking about getting length back, not about penis enlargement so what's the matter? You answered yourself.
That being said, no I don't have pictures but that doesn't mean I'm not trustable. I'm just repeating what doctors and members in here say. And I do believe they are right as I experienced some length back myself. I don't pictured it, and I won't..
