Hi, I am 29 years old and have been suffering with Peyronies for about 3 to 4 years. I can't really recall a particular event when this may have started, it just somewhat appeared. I have a minimal bend but extreme girth and penile size loss. I saw one of the top peyronies experts in the nation, had an Ultrasound doppler of the penis and saw general penile inflammation. I am consistently stressed out and this just makes it worse and worse. I am prescribed pentox, vitamin e and L-arginine and none of it has helped me at all, in fact, I feel it has made it worse. I feel I have no other options, what can I do? It just continues to get worse and worse and before long my penis will look like a pencil. I need to look at some extreme options like surgery or something along those lines. Someone please help...

PS- I was also offered colchicine to take but am unable to take it due to some liver issues... what else can I do?

Paolo

skinnydick1211, I would try and take something for stress and anxiety, Peyronie's sucks for sure and at any age is devastating. Because of you stressing out you may now have body dysmorphic disorder (BDD), that means you could be (in your mind) over estimating your penis shrinkage  :(

Has the extreme girth and penile size loss been of recent, or for the 3 to 4 Years??

This is your first post so please keep posting as no one here will judge you or any other member, simply reaching out and talking about it is the first step, on what might be a very long road to a positive outcome  :)

Hi Nico1987ds, please define huge?

Have you cut out the alcohol as mentioned previously?, you know alcohol is a poison, right? Are you eating properly and taking exercise?

How long time you are on this treatment?

James
Age 71, Peyronies from Jan 2009 following penis fracture during sex. Severe ED.
Lost 2" length and a lot of girth. Late start, still VED, Cialis & Pentox helped. Prostate surgery 2014.
Got amazing support on the forum

Yes maybe 3 cm of length but girth is massive change... I don t drink neither smoke since ,4 months. All atheltic even run a marathon to tell you how I changed ... Regarding food yes I try to eat healthy..

Nico;

I would suggest that you try VED therapy.

JayGould

Get an implant, that's what I will be doing. I've only had Peyronie's for 6 months but already lost an inch of girth and more than an inch of length.

I would just say very clearly once again, ANY penile surgery is risky and should always be treated as the last resort.

Some members  of the medical profession may try to tell you otherwise, but you have only to look on this forum at the number of failed or botched surgeries - some of them irreversible - to know the risks are there.

If you have exhausted all other treatments and surgery is the last option left, be very, very careful who you let near your dick with a scalpel!  Ask questions, check credentials, etc. if you see or hear anything that doesn't sound right, walk away.
