Pseudoephedrine for Stuttering (recurrent) Priapism?

on wikipedia when u search pseudoephedrine, under indications it says "Pseudoephedrine is also used as a first-line prophylactic for recurrent priapism" has anybody tried this before? im sure it probably gives temporary relief but has anybody tried it for a long term treatment to cure that (like taking it during the day times cause i dont really think u can take it at night time since it will probably keep you up since people use pseudoephedrine as an ingredient for methamphetamine) ?

it has to be the instant release kind and it doesnt work well. i would take it as you are seeking medical treatment. ]
