Hello everyone!
I am 26 year old man, and I have been reading the forums for some time now, and now decided to register, be it for good or bad.
Let me start by explaining my situation. First when I remember having some kind of pain in my penis was around august-september 2016, when I was masturbating there was a slight pain just below the penis head, on the up side. I didn't really paid attention, as I thought it was because of the tight jeans and underwear I was wearing all the time. Around january 2017 I was still having that pain, maybe a little bit stronger, and dumb me, thought to myself "I havent done a jelqing-like stretching in a long time, maybe it would help", then I pulled the head a little bit, and I felt like something cracked in there. Was scared, but still didnt paid attention.
1 or 2 weeks later, after some time of no masturbating, I now noticed the curve to the left below the head, and thats when I was totally scared and visited a local urologist.
He touched it, examined it, and told me that I have something, which I think he didn't called Peyronie, but something else. He explained the possible medical intervention like ultrasound, radiation (I think??), or operation, but for now he adviced me to take Vitamin E and be careful what I do, and visit him again in few months.
Now its 28 april 2017, the hard stuff inside the penis has definitely grown, but I can't really decide if it keeps growing or not. Sometimes the penis is almost soft, sometimes is very stiff. I still masturbate from time to time, but it could be painfull, especially if I have really hard erection.

Now let me explain how I think all of this happened, and you tell me if its possible or not.
Around spring 2016 I started wearing really tight underwear, because I've lost lots of weight, and now I wanted to look fit. I got from XXXL and XXL underwear to L, because I didn't wanted all that dangling down there when I wasn't wearing something fit. The jeans I started bying were also somewhat too tight. ALSO, for some reason I decided to start putting my penis to the right side of my pants and underwear, because it was always pointing a little bit to the left (but not bent that way), and it was always easier to move it to the left, than to the right. I would even get nocturnal erections, and I would still move it to the right, even with the slight pain.
So, its possible all of this to be the cause, you tell me please.

I am still taking Vitamin E, multivitamins, and today got some Propolis, as I read some user had success with it. I think I will visit another doctor in few days, just to check me up and tell me what could be going on with me.

Now I have 2 questions, the first one I am REALLY afraid to ask and get an answer to, but I just have to...
1. Does this scar tissue damages/replaces the original tissue of the penis, meaning, even if it gets removed somehow, the penis will not be like before?
2. I read in this very hope-giving website Link to non professional dangerous advises website deleted by moderator (please edit it if the link is against forum rules) that it's quite possible for everythink to repair on it's own, or with little oral help, the part under
Quote"WHEN THE CYCLE REVERSES"
. Please read it, and tell me if that's possible. Also please read the other articles in the website and tell me if they have any truth in them.

That's it for now, stay safe everyone!

I can't read the link as it was deleted by a moderator, but I trust the moderator as he wrote:

I am proposing you to spend some time reading the forum and to get to your own conclusions.
You may use the "search" of the forum, is a very good tool

You are asking for opinions so I will offer mine. Several guys over the years have come on the forum asking similar questions about tight underwear and whether to dress left or dress right (where you place your penis in your pants). In my opinion literally millions of us wore tight underwear. If I started to get an erection (nocturnal or otherwise) and my penis was in an awkward position, the discomfort of getting hard was enough to awake me, readjust m self, cause the erection to go away, etc. If Peyronies was caused by wearing tight underwear then a LOT more men would have this and a LOT more people would know about it. So in my opinion my response is NO, tight underwear does not cause Peyronies.

Now, my advice.......  don't focus on what might have caused it. If you have Peyronies then focus your energy on treating it
Developed peyronies 2007 - 70 degree dorsal curve
