Hello everyone my name is Nicolas and I am 29 years old i have been diagnosed with this disease 3 months ago. During the first weeks I had only lots of pain but nothing apparent. After a month a nodule appeared (time when I went to see the urologist and he told me that there was no fibrose yet) I have to take 3 times a day pentox but on the side I take 2 pills of selectamin every morning (some anti-oxydant vitamines including vit E) as well. Now my erection Is a disaster painful , lost a lot of girth and size but no bend or maybe really slight. Not sure what to do anymore... It is very hard to support and I have lost interest in a lot of things and I am very scared not handling this well in my couple .. I just feel to Young to become handicaped. I see the doctor in 3 months again

At least you have a doctor that prescribes Pentox. :)
I am proposing you to add 5 mg Cialis daily, Pentox showed better effect on Peyronies if combined with Cialis.
You can cut the 20 mg to get 4*5 mg to reduce cost if the doctor will not prescribe it.
You may also want to read about VED and traction devices.

Hello James thank you for your reply. The urologist I see is an expert in this disease so this is already a little reassuring...I forgot to mention ..not sure if it really helps but every morning I drink a shot of noni juice and eat a grasp of goji berries (from what I have been reading it is against inflammation and has anti oxydant properties ...so why not adding this to the rest). I also try to change my food habits...pretty sure it must have an impact somehow and even if it doesn't.. It makes you healthier. I think hitting this disease in every corner is the best shot you have. Psychologically speaking on the other hand it is very difficult..I see things really differently mostly like my world just stopped but yeah I tell myself that there is always something worse at least this is not cancer. Against the pain what can you do ? Because even flaccid I feel that plaque bitting me and it is very hard to support

Hi

I am 32 and batteling Peyronies Disease since my 27th so I understand your feelings and may say I share them. I am totally convienced that all medicine will not cure the condition as it is the impaired ability of the body to control minor injuries and cool down inflammation. I bet you were overtstressed by something prior to Peyronies Disease onset and still are.

I suggest you to start immediately some meditation practice that will allow you to reset you nervous arousal wich is fueling your inflammation and disease progression. That is something that took 3 good years for myself but now I more or less control the Peyronies Disease having flare-ups only during stressfull periods of my life.

I can not encourage for any medicine as I tried almost all of them with no success. Some reports impovement though.

Good luck on you path to recovery!

Regarding the pain, for many Pentox was the relieve.
Can I ask you the name of your doctor? If you don't want to post his name on the forum, can you send me a PM?
I made a very successful prostate surgery in Brussels 2&1/2 year ago
For Sta meditation helped, for me VED, Pentox and low dose Cialis, for other many kind of treatments so I am proposing you to spend some time on the forum to learn more about Peyronies treatments

Hello James I sent you a mail with the name. I have a question...very strange but when flaccid I can see my veins . This is kind of scary to see ? I can pretty much move it left to right a little Is this because of the pentox ???

james1947

Hi Nico

Didn't get a PM or email from you, maybe delay by the internet
I don't think that seeing some veins is a problem, but you started Pentox so things should get OK.
Pentox have no negative health impact except the side effects.

Hello other question but the fact that I loose length and girth in erection is this permanant ? Or is it because of the inflammation and so this will get back to normal after the scar is formed? Or is psychological of seeing myself different? Or both or different ?
