At 20 y/o, I began light stretching exercises hoping for a more downward-flexible penis (it points almost straight vertically up, and has a very slight upward curve as well) so that my girlfriend could ride me easier (I'm only about 4.5 inches hard, so it's already difficult).

2wks in, I was softly adjusting my penis straight down one day in a completely flaccid state, just so that it could face downward in my pants, when I felt a very sharp pain.

I found that I was somehow bleeding from a small spot on the dorsal side of my shaft*. I was panicking but it was late at night so I just relaxed and went to bed**. The next day, I was done bleeding, but the foreskin on the dorsal and lateral parts of my penis was incredibly inflamed (it became quite puffy and red). The wound also started pussing a little. Erections were slightly painful.

After ~a day, the inflammation went down. 3 days after the incident, my foreskin was much less puffy, the pussing was done, and the wound was nearly healed; and I noticed something firm where the site of injury was. The next day, it felt even firmer. It felt like it was right below the surface of the skin, to a point where I swore I could see it through the wound.

A few days after, the good ol hard plaque was about the only thing left. It has not left me since (3 years later).

*I don't know how the bleeding could have occurred. I am circumcised and that side of my penis has very tight skin, with essentially no foreskin at all; my theory is that I pulled down and my tight skin somehow snapped, leading to a bloody superficial injury that has left me with a relatively superficial plaque (this is just guesswork). This would match with the fact that it has not really affected the bend of my penis, as perhaps it is not quite deep in the corpora cavernosa themselves? Pure speculation, though.

**I know, I should've seen a doctor at some point. But I didn't, so, ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

What you have described does not sound like Peyronies to me.

However, your girl "riding you" I assume you mean her on top is a high risk position that can lead to an accident for Peyronies.

Cutting the suspensory ligaments may give you additional length between 1' to 2"
Some doctors advising this surgery, some are very much against :)

Lost 2" length and a lot of girth. Late start, still VED, Cialis & Pentox helped. Prostate surgery 2014.

if u heard a snap or pop it might be a penile fracture but u have to be erect and after the popping sound u immediately go flaccid.

Not in my case. I had still strong erection, waited for my wife to have an orgasm and then ejaculated

There is definitely scar tissue down there, and a very palpable plaque. I think it's perhaps just mild and hasn't affected my curvature really, though once in a blue moon (especially this week, which prompted me to join this community) my erections send me a slight sense of pain. I also feel as though my tissue has just recently (again, this week) indented the tissue slightly on my left side which has potentially given me a leftward curve, though it's only apparent when I'm semi-hard, not fully. I'll be sure to keep up to date on my happenings, though that's probably for a different thread

I'm very sorry to hear about this. It is my view than anything that causes bending is "Peyronie's" since treating it comes down to the same treatments. I hope you can get some answers, maybe with an ultrasound and by seeing a specialist.
