 I'm a 19 year old male. For the last 6 months I've been having issues with my penis. I noticed it was smaller sometimes and was more veiny and had a different texture. Starting in mid March, it got really veiny to the point i could feel them and my penis is bent to the left significantly and is significantly smaller. It is also completely numb to the touch. Could it be something else? I'm praying it's not peyronies disease. I NEED it to go back to it's old size. It's also significantly smaller in a semi hard state. The veins in the side are white sometimes and thick.

Every penile scar tissue would probably be diagnosed as peyronies (if it's noticeable enough to find that is) but step one would be to see a doctor. Be prepared though, there is a big chance that even if they do find anything nobody will really try to fix it. Try to find a real specialist and get on VED, pentox and cialis. So far those treatments are the best available probably, but not all urologists prescribe them.

Can things that aren't scar tissue cause this? Is it possible for it to go back to its regular size?

Trashboat, at 19 Years old this s%*t must be very scary, try and get your condition diagnosed but be wary of any medical practitioner's selling you expensive treatments, or at this stage any talk of surgery  

Keep posting and try to stay positive (easier said, than done).

I'm not sure, I think the size and shape thing is mostly caused by the tunica being scarred and "thickened" deforming the penis. Accordinf to some you can regain size by doing traction and VED, but don't make no mistakes. It's better to take it easy and stick with it than injure yourself further.

Why don't they just remove the scarring? Couldn't take more than 15 minutes

As has been suggested. Your first step, and best bet, is to make an appointment with a Urologist. Preferably one who specializes as an  Andrologist.

Because the scaring is internal
