The Peyronies disease in my case progressed so severely, I could no longer wait.  The six plaques I had kept getting larger and the one on the top was just this huge mass causing me to also curve upwards as well as to the left.  As you may already know xiaflex did nothing and implant was my last resort.

Surgery wasn't that bad but the pain afterwards was annoying.  They sent me home with a catheter and a blood pump so that first night was a real challenge.  I went back the following morning to get them removed.  That took away a lot of the pain, but it still felt like being hit by a spiked bat down in my junk.  Pain meds helped a lot but they caused  constipation so I had to stop taking them for a couple of days so I could get regular again

I am about three weeks out now and the pain has gotten slot better as long as I don't move around too much.  I'm form to one percocet at night to help with the pain so I can sleep.  But during the day it's bearable.

I noticed a still get some sort of natural erection but if course it's not a full one.  The doctor is going to show me how to use it next week and doesn't want me messing around with it until then.

My main concern is the loss of length I was over 9" prior to being this stupid condition and if I can still be over 7 I think I'll be satisfied considering all the plaques I had and how fast it progressed.  The doctor said I'll be happy with the results once I fully pump it up and he said he also restored my girth.  My other concern is how a woman would feel about an implant.  I know in my case my wife doesn't show any interest or support in my peyronies, but in the event the marriage doesn't work out and I find someone else would they be repulsed or turned off by it as well.

Mentally I still get horny so even though I can no longer get a full natural erection, the desire is still there.  I haven't got any in 6 months and it doesn't help when I see so many beautiful women walking around.

Yet even even it's "ready to go", I'll have no one to enjoy it with.  My sex life is non existent and my wife showed no interest or concern during this entire ordeal.  I'll cross that bridge when I get there, but I'll probably just resort to using toys wherever I get the urge.  I'm just glad it's over and one less thing to worry about for now.

Hey man --

- Which model did you get and what influenced the choice?
- Who did the surgery?
- Placement of pump: Obviously this is inside your sac. But, does the pump sit visibly at the front of your sac or is it tucked behind your balls? And, what influenced your choice of placement?

Probably have more questions once you start using the masterpiece.

The model is called Titan something.  I don't have the exact name at the moment.  They recommended this model because to me and it seemed like a good choice after I tried out the sample model in the office.

The procedure was performed by Advanced Urology here in Atlanta.  I can pm you the physician name.  I don't know if it's against forum rules to post doctors names on here.

I guess you can say the pump is below my balls slightly to the front so it's like I have three balls.  It's not noticeable to the naked eye though.  The deflate button is above the pump and is closer to my left ball.  I had no say in the placement of the pump.  They didn't go through my scrotum because of my higher risk for infection.  So they made an incision just below the head and rolled the skin down to access my scrotum that way and worked their way back up.

I can only imagine how sex will feel now that it's straight again.  Hopefully my only experience won't be from my toys.

First, I want to wish you fast recovery and busy usage of your new bionic tool :) 8)
You can post the name of the doctor, is not against the forum rules
Your doctor implanted you the Titan because your length is more than enough and the titan is more rigid than others.
Regarding your concerns, I will answer based on my life experience:
* 7" is not 9", but it is still well above the average.
* Most woman prefers a good girth than length
* Woman will be delighted that you can go strong for as long as they want 8)
So don't worry, be happy ;D

Thanks for the words of encouragement James.  It's definitely something I'll have to get used to especially if the moment comes and I'll have to manually pump it up in front of her.  That concept is still a little foreign to me but it's better than the alternative of me being bent to the side AND upwards.  It made my favorite positions very difficult if not impossible the last time I had sex.  Also it wasn't very comfortable to be because I could only feel one side while having sex.  I miss the days I could get the full sensation.  Then of course  the process of forcing it straight caused me to lose a good bit of my erection during intercourse; a bad situation all around.   So what ever compromises I have to make to end these years of frustration, it's worth it.

You don't have. It takes less than 30 seconds to pump up.
You can go to the toilet for a moment  :)
But if your relations with the woman are not superficial, she should know what you have and I am sure she will not have problems with it.
