Cant tell whether i keep going into the acute phase (re injury) or whether i am going into the chronic phase. Progression only seems to worsen. Small periods of functionality followed by ED, more bending , some hourglass and flaccidity on the top to mid shaft of the penis increasing. Pain has gone mostly but occasionally comes back with some sexual activity and sometimes when accidentally tapped when flaccid. I'm trying not to masturbate and only provide stimulus for erections daily, using bio-oil twice daily, 400mg CoQ10 a day (in two lots) and supplements for general health, zinc/selenium etc since i am somewhat deficient. and heatpacks before any activity etc. Diet is mostly vegetables and some meat, eliminating wheat and grains. Still waiting on more GP/specialist support (i.e. actually go from 'wait and see' to some level of treatment- i hope) but does anyone have any thoughts on what might be occurring. I don't seem to have that many palpable plaques either a lot of the time, bloody things move or something. I dont have plaques in the hands either and as far as i know this is not a congenital condition for my family.

Sounds acute. If condition changes then the body is probably still trying to manage/contain the inflammation.
Wait and see is IMO the wrong approach with the condition.
Bring down inflammation and promote healthy healing. Avoid further injury or inflammation.
