Hi,

When semi-erect and on the way to achieving a full erection, the first half of my penis expands but the top half seems restricted as though there is a waste and a small indentation on the left side. It eventually fills up, but it's a strange feeling.

I don't remember it always being this way.

Is it normal for an erection to expand in this way? (I do have a visit with a urologist next week, but I appreciate any information you can provide).

Additionally, is it worth it and safe to explore VED without a Peyronies diagnosis?

Thanks

NO

In my opinion yes, but carefully pump to the level that no pain and no not uncomfortable feeling.
You should talk to the doctor about both subjects

Sounds like my initial situation.
I think it restrains the smooth muscle cells from expanding. It might be that with the erection proceeding the plague mooves abit or gives some way so you eventually achieve more expansion.

Try some vacuum therapy without creating more inflammation/injury. Go to the doc and try to get inflamamtion down/promote healthy tissue healing.

It is because something called the Tunica "Google it" is not evenly expanding as it once did. Some would argue that this could indicate the early onset of Peyronies. So would suggest early counter measures (traction or VED) just in case. I am not saying it is Peyronies, but may want to be cautious. If this is the most it progresses, then no worries.
