Can you please help and advise I was diagnosed with Peyronies disease I have been taking Vitaim E 400iu and Gota Kula with Potaba aswell the plaque size is reducing quickly but before I was taking Potaba my erections was not curved but the plaque was stopping my erection from being full meaning the top of my penis was flacid and the rest was hard since taking the potaba its reduced the plague and made my erections better. When I sleep and have a erection it can be harder at the top and not so flaccid that it can bend but I'm wondering once the plaque possibly goes completely would I be able to have a normal hard erection?

During the day I'm anxious and I have taken a viagra pill but I have to be turned on and to be honest I'm so stressed about it it's not the same as when I'm asleep..

I really need to understand that does the Tunica Albuginea repair after the plaque has gone and the corpus cavernous can that heal because I'm confused I keep thinking the the blood flow in order to keep a firm erection is escaping because there's a hole where the plague once was..

thanks for your post , do you mean you were taking vit E and GK already, then only after adding Potaba there seemed to be a difference?
from my understanding Peyronies Disease plaque is in the tunica which is not the structure containing the blood responsible for erections but it results in constraining the erection especially on the side where it is. so  I imagine if it is possible to either 1. reduce plaque or 2. grow more normal tunica tissue,  it should help.
Age 57, Onset 2010, 2" shortening, shrinking and angulation of glans, weaker erections, 30 degree bend. Mild pain few months, but far from worst symptom. Tried many ideas, not just from here, but not consistently. Moderate improvement, maybe 40%
