I am 52 and have been diagnosed with peyronies.  I have ed and went to my family doctor to discuss treatments.  He prescribed me a daily Cialis which have been very helpful.  I only take it about 2 times a week because it is soooo expensive.  I have always had a slight curve to one side with erection.  About six months ago I noticed the slight curve was getting more curved.  It is now painful upon erection and is hard to penetrate without pain.   I have also lost girth and length.  My family doctor sent me to a Urologist.  That urologist sent me to another urologist that specializes in peyronies.  I just got back from his visit and he explained all the options that he can help me with.  He put me on a drug called pentoxifylline er three times a day.  He wants me to take this drug for awhile to see if it will help with the pain.  He also wants to give me the xiaflex injections as soon as he finds out if my insurance company will cover the costs.  My questions to all you guys would be, is there anything else I can do while waiting to see if this drug helps out.  This peyronies is starting to affect my marriage.  Thanks!!!

Tadalafil is the generic name of the drug in Cialis. I would suggest that you see if you can buy that instead of brand Cialis. If you look at the section concerning oral treatments you can pick up some ideas about a supply source there.

Healthy blood flow is essential in trying to mitigate the damage this disease can cause. At this stage, I'd suggest you try VED therapy. It will help with this. Use carefully, never overpump, and follow the protocols here on the site,

Re Xiaflex:  I'd suggest you read the section here on the site. There you can read of others' personal experience and ask questions. Reviews seem to be mixed and I would certainly ask your Urologist how successful he's been in treating Peyronies himself.
