Hi all,

I'll try make this as short as possible. I'm 19 years of age and was engaging in sex with my girlfriend on top nearly three months ago. The inevitable slip happened but did not feel any pain and continued. Later on that night after foreplay and in the midst of getting a condom my penis went limp, no matter how hard I tried an erection could not be maintained. The next day I noticed a small drop of blood emerging from my penis and I knew something was wrong. I arranged a doctors appointment who stated that it was probably from overuse and to give it rest.

After the rest I still was only seeing about 75% erectile capacity. Over the New Year I begin to experience a discomfort in the groin area to which my legs and arms began to shake and I arranged another appointment, I also noticed a cluster of nodes on the right side of my groin. That morning I woke up and noticed a small curve to the left of my penis and while semi-erect, some narrowing on the right side. The doctor didn't even feel my penis and stated that it may be Peyronie's to which an appointment with a uro was made.

I went to the uro a month later after noticing more deformities with two dents at the side and the tip being narrower than the base. My dorsal curve now protruded a lot more and I was just waiting on the diagnoses. The uro examined me, didn't feel any plaque and was fully positive that I did not have Peyronie's after all these symptoms. I am really confused as I am showcasing many of the classic signs. I am extremely depressed, erectile function is almost no more( takes me four minutes to gain an erection which goes down in 10-30 seconds) and am self-harming. I have only been prescribes Cialis as the uro stated a may have a leak, (but not from any injury) and cialis works so well thus far. I am going for an ultrasound to find out once and for all what the problem is.

This is all coming from the leading uro within the Peyronie's community in Ireland. Apologies for the long winded explanation I just felt the need to include the main symptoms and opinion of the uro while hoping for the opinions of many of the helpful people in the forum. You guys are really the only thing keeping me going.

Thanking you,
Brandon

Brandon,
Hang in there......  one step at a time. Seeing a doctor and getting an ultrasound is a good step. Sounds like you could be dealing with more than one issue. You mental/emotional state at this point can have a lot do with your erection quality.
