Second round of Xiaflex and I've lost more length

I was diagnosed ~12 years ago and have a 43 degree left curvature. The plaque is roughly 2-3 inches from the base so due to the loss of length it's now at the base. I like most on here have lost girth. I measured 7.5 - 8 before my diagnosis in the last few years I'm 5.5-6 on cialis.  I'm 38 years old.

After my first round I had mild pain no issues with performing the molding. The doc felt like the plaque was small and wouldn't take all four cycles. It feels like a semi hard pea.

After the first of the second I was sore mostly due to the hematoma but I knew that was a side effect. After the second I felt fine, no local was given my choice. I went back to work and by the time I got home my scortum was the size of a softball my penis the size of a soup can.  Every night I get an erection during sleep that I get a knife stabbing pain.  It's almost like my wife is cutting my penis off. Compared to before getting my first and after the first round I can't even stretch or model my penis.  It's like the plaque got stronger or tougher after the second round.  I've even pulled out my hand pump. I can normally get myself to 6 inches. I barely made it to 3. The pain is right in the area of the plaque and is excruciating.  The doc said he got it directly in the middle and it didn't feel good but nothing I couldn't handle.  I've had worse pain while Inge the military. The one thing I can't handle is going from 8 to 6 to 3. I'm stressed-out, depressed and feel like my life is over. Did the doc screw up?  Do I need to give this a few more days?  What do I need to do?  

After the first round I went from 45 to 39 so small improvement. I didn't expect to have this issue that I have now

I just finished my 4th cycle. I used this magnet wrapped in the Coflex wrapping and for the first time I had absolutely no swelling or bruising. I swear by it. Magnetic therapy is well known to reduce inflammation. During this cycle during a nighttime erection, I did what my URO said to do and that was to gently press in the opposite direction of the curve. I heard a popping sound and a bit of pain. I thought for sure I had a fracture. Went to my URO 4-5 days later and he did an ultrasound and said all was fine, it was just a small tear in the plaque. During a presentation he did a few months ago, he presented beneficial tearing, which he said happens and is one of the ways the plaque is weakened and helps reduce curvature. Prior to the popping, I could never feel the plaque, now I have no doubt that I can feel the plaque at the tearing point because I feel two small pea-like threads and a valley which is what the ultrasound showed.
